Compact Size, Expansive Sound
The Bose Home Speaker 300 is a sonic powerhouse in a sleek, space-saving design. The 360° sound fills the room with rich, balanced audio—crisp highs, deep bass, and clear vocals that make everything from jazz to podcasts sound incredible.Setup was quick and intuitive, and the built-in Alexa makes it a seamless addition to my smart home. Voice commands are picked up easily, even with music playing. I love being able to control my lights, check the weather, and queue up playlists hands-free.Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity give me flexibility, and the touch controls on top are a nice bonus. Whether I’m winding down or hosting friends, this speaker delivers every time.

Great Speaker! Alexa with ease! Kudos to the Bose Music App!
I hesitated on purchasing based a lot of the reviews, but I am so glad I decided to give it a try. The only con that I have found with this unit is that it is not portable. If Bose could combine the Home Speaker 300 with the portable features of the Revolve Soundlink, that would be an awesome product! Alexa works wonderfully. The Bose Music app is great, especially to control the volume. We use it mostly for streaming movies in the bedroom and it sounds just as good as our full entertainment system with multiple speakers and surround sound. We also use it when we travel. BT and WiFi Connections are easy and I was able to quickly connect to my favorite music streaming platforms through the app. Because it is Alexa enabled, it works flawlessly with my FireTV. I have NOT noticed any delay with the sound, even when watching action movies. The boom is powerful and I just love telling Alexa to ‘pause’ or ‘mute’ without moving a muscle. And finally, the footprint is small and compliments any decor. It’s small enough to easily move around, you just have to make sure there is an outlet nearby. Oh, and other reviewers indicated that it loses connectivity often, but as long as the speaker is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the device with the Bose Music app, I have not had to reconnect since the initial install. One more thing, the app allows you to easily connect to other Bose speakers (including Soundlink speakers) and create a group.

The best around and nothing’s gonna ever keep Bose down!
Move over every other bluetooth speaker in my house. As soon as I get these bills together, you’re all getting replaced! The sound that comes out of this little beauty. I didn’t know I needed Alexa to “start my day”, but we are married now. This speaker is great at a low volume, but it really shines when I crank it up. I live in a townhouse with a shared wall so I keep it fairly low to be polite, but this thing gets really loud without compromising the quality of the sound. Right now I only have one speaker in my office. If I turn it up just a little bit higher, I can hear it in my bedroom the next room over crystal clear. The bass is beautiful without booming too hard. Incredible speaker. I’m so pleased.

Wonderful sound quality
We purchased this speaker to replace one that I wore out (the bass started to break up). As soon as I set this unit up I was so pleased. The quality of the sound and the clarity of the bass and treble is fantastic.I had one problem in set up. I contacted Bose support. They were wonderful and took all the time necessary. As it turns out the problem was not with Bose, it was with my Apple phone. Note to future buyers – if the phone app does not work as supposed to shut down your phone and start over. The problem I had was my phone! I highly recommend the Bose speaker. One problem … the speaker ability to play quality sounds at loud volumes far exceeds that which my wife allows me to play. The house walls shake when she is not home!

Typical Bose
Huge caveat here. I’ve been Boseing for many years and am used to their peccadilloes function wise. In addition, I purchased this solely to be used as a Bluetooth speaker as I have no interest in other functionality from this particular speaker.Having said that, this was typical Bose out of the box experience. The initial connection is consistently something of a problem with Bose. Here, I had no idea I had to download their app in order to set this up even to appear on my Bluetooth list. Having accomplished that, finally, the set up was not as painful as I anticipated and once set up the sound is, as you’d expect, magnificent, robust, large and enjoyable from this small and all things considered, inexpensive little box.I will say that the function buttons u top aren’t very intuitive and hard to know whether they’ve been pushed successfully. No click, no depressive feel when pushed. More hope it worked, than anything,Bottom line, sound is excellent for Bluetooth, which is all I wanted out of this relationship.Edited to Add: I notice that for some reason, the Bluetooth gets interface gets hinky if my source (in my case iPhone) is closer to this Speaker. Odd and annoying, Again, the sound is tremendous, but as with all things Bose, not sure kinks all worked out here. I MUCH PREFER the Soundtouch Series which seems to have been discontinued, so am glad I still have some of those and wish Bose would make those an option for those of us who prefer only Bluetooth interface.Edited again: After a few weeks, hinky isn’t even the description for the Bluetooth interface. More like just doesn’t work consistently. Keeps cutting out over and over again after a connection. Thus my rating drops to one star from four. Again, when operational, the sound is great, but if it cannot even keep a Bluetooth connection then it’s useless. Bose, really? This is unacceptable.

Amazing clarity and bass.Bass and treble set to zero as factory settings.Set it to ur mood from base app to get more bass. Writing after 15 days of use.Alexa is having limited function to music and weather service.Bluetooth connectivity is flawless.Initially software update took longer duration @2hours while app will suggest you @15 minuets.If you are looking for something without battery backup its great purchase.Got it for 20k during sale .Go for it during sale.

Its my first Bose product and I was so excited for the same. Thanks to Amazon to deliver the same within 72 hours (delivered in my village). I am very happy with its quality. Sound is amazing and it is beyond my expectation. Alexa setup initially took some time, but finally its configured. Alexa has a bit of lag as compared to echo devices, but it is manageable. I am not able to setup Google Assistant , the option is not available.
