Why the sprayer can’t work?
The nozzle or the pump can be clogged if the solution was applied in the water tank and it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. Get back to us if the problem can be fixed by yourself. We got your back!
Can I use other cleaning solution?
You can use any solution you like. Please remember to dilute the solution before adding into the water tank for preventing the nozzle clogged.
Is there any protection plan for the product?
We provide 2 Year Product Protection. Please register the extended plan through the support on cover page of the user manual.

Love This Mop! Makes Cleaning So Much Easier!
I absolutely love this mop! It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the spin pads do an amazing job on my floors. The LED light helps you see every little spot, and the spray feature is super handy. Easily Tackles Stuck on Food
Our entire house is laminate flooring, except that bathrooms that are tile and I needed a better way to scrub them. Did some research and settled on this cordless electric mop cleaner. Out of the box it’s easy to put together, as it comes in only 3 pieces that just click together and it’s ready to get to scrubbing. It comes with multiple mop heads to tackle any type of mess that’s on the floor. It comes with a cup and funnel for easy filling of the water. It’s cordless so you’re not fighting with cords while trying to clean and it holds a charge fort a long time. The LED lights make it easy to clean in dark areas and the light also illuminates the dust particles all over the floor. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house and any obstacles. I’m 5’4 and it’s the perfect size for me.

This thing is AMAZING!!!!
I LOVE this, really love this! First I was surprised at how quiet it is (I was able to listen to my podcast while this amazing machine did the work!) Honestly I had let my floors get pretty dirty, knowing that this was coming I wanted to see how well it worked. I expected that it might be kinda hard to hold on to and very pulling or vibrating – and that wasn’t the case AT ALL….very easy to use and NO STRESS on my back! This thing moves so smooth and does all the work, while getting under the cabinets really well! I was super impressed at how easy it pivots and maneuvers. The water was easy to fill and sprays a good way ahead making the cleaning power very effective. I was a little worried to see how dirty the pads were, and they were…..but they cleaned up SO EASY. I just sprayed a little cleaner on them and brushed lightly and rinsed with hot water. I didn’t see instructions on recommendation for cleaning them, but will share a picture of how nicely they cleaned up doing what I did. I can’t wait to use on my hardwood floors with the other pads, but my primary reason for purchase was my big kitchen tile floors. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this thing….the battery lasted well on a very deep cleaning and best of all no back or arm pain from having to manually scrub. The handle on this thing is long enough too that it just makes it a breeze. Get one, seriously!

Great for cleaning hardwood floors.
Very easy to put together and get mopping. I love that it is cordless and that you can add your own solutions to the mop. The design is great and you can easily get under furniture with it easily. Very lightweight and really gets my hardwood floors really clean. The pads you can wash by hand or throw in washer with towels. It’s very durable and the quality is nice. Comes with different mop heads.

Started using as soon as I received it. It came well packaged with no damage. Assembly is easy and quick. It is lightweight and glides effortlessly on my hard floor.
