Great machine
This is an easy machine to operate and does a great job cleaning windows, doors and mirrors. Spray the dirty surface with window spray, hold the robot on the glass while depressing the button for 3 seconds to engage the suction to the glass and do a short press to same button and it starts moving. As it gets close to finishing there will be a few beeps. When totally finished, there will be a continuous beep. Need to get to the machine then as the suctions will disengage. There is a cord that can be hung to keep it from hitting the floor when suctions stop. I stayed close by and was able to get before the suctions disengage. A great little machine. Oh, one more thing. It does not get into corners so I had to clean them.

I hesitated to order this robot for a couple of years, and now I regret that I did not order it earlier. I have windows that are impossible to wash by hand, and this robot is a real salvation. Of course, you need to look after it and wet the window, change the mops, but it makes it possible to wash the windows. They also have very fast tech support, when I wrote that the direction buttons on the remote control weren’t working, I received a response within 5 minutes about how to turn them on correctly. Cool thing.

Really, really impressed
I do not frequently feel inclined to write reviews but I felt compelled to share my great satisfaction with this window cleaner. It is remarkably easy to use and provides very impressive results. I have been able to achieve streak-free cleaning using standard Windex spray. While it may not remove difficult existing hard water spots, it performs exceptionally well in the general cleaning of even the largest and most difficult-to-reach picture windows.Noise level:Actually it’s much quieter than my video portrays.

It is just toy. Not cleaning.
It does not clean the window. It is just a toy. Tried in different ways to make it working but it does not clean the windows. The only thing it does is just spreading the stains with a circular pattern.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is great. The remote that it comes with makes it super easy to use, and it even comes with a safety rope for peace of mind. I love that it saves me time and makes my windows look professionally cleaned. Highly recommend for anyone who wants clean windows without the hassle!

Funciona muy bien, pero compra el W5 no el W3
Compré el TOSIMA W3 Y W5 (rocía agua) son de conectar y comenzar sin inconveniente alguno. No vale la pena comprar el W3 pues no rocía agua. Importante tener MUCHAS mopas para cambiar constantemente o el vidrio quedará con manchas si lo que se busca es un resultado impecable. NUNCA compren el HUTT W9, se ve espectacular pero no sirve para nada (literal).
