Huge signal boost! Def worth it!
I had a detailed review but Amazon refreshed. Anyway , this thing is a beast. I am using this as a signal repeater, so no data/cat cables are hooked to it, just the power. I have it 200 feet from my house. I am using a starlink system for my wifi- which is also great. These two work great together. I needed this to get wifi to my all metal barn/garage. The starlink will make it the 200 feet, but through the metal it won’t. The ax3000 boosts the signal back up to excellent strength. I use a netgear eax14 mesh/extender that I have about 2 feet inside the door to get the wifi inside the metal building. I now have excellent signal inside my workshop for the first time ever. Plus I now have signal on the backside of my property where I hunt. This one time purchase now saves my from a separate data plan on my phone, and the fee for having the extra phone number to get that data. You tube videos say these push the signal to 900 to 1000 feet. I will test that later. I know this thing works great and is def not a waste of money! Well worth it!!!

Great product for Boat Slip
Works great. My boat slip is 150 yards away from the signal and I am able to stream live TV and have 4 bars. Highly recommend

It does what it was supposed to do.
I think it works pretty well I would say if you have a hilly area you get probably 250 feet out of it. Works great for security cameras. It was a bit of a pain to set up the actual server. But mounting and running everything was pretty easy. When you lose power it starts up and connects within maybe 2 minutes. Never had any issues issue with it disconnecting or shutting off. Would definitely say it’s worth the time and money. Hope this helps.

Mesh Router/Extender will not allow you to set the mode to Mesh Extender!
Update: I have returned this item because it does not work as a Mesh Network even with a Wavlink Mesh Router. I would recommend never to but Wavlink Products, they do not work for creating a Mesh Network….stay away.Update: I have contacted wavlink support about the problem I had pairing the new AX3000 2025 outdoor with my existing Mesh Zyxel DX4510-B1 router and it turns out that the Zyxel has a proprietary Mesh protocol that is not compatible with wavlink’s EasyMesh. So their support Team helped me design a network for my property which has multiple buildings on over 1 acre on a lake. The support staff was professional and efficient and helped with the design and product recommendations for the Mesh Network that I needed, I am changing my review to 4 stars, since the support was superior, which is what I need to maintain a longer term relationship with a Network equipment supplier as my needs changes.I am sending this item back. I wanted to use it as a mesh network extender to extend off of my main mesh router. I am extremely disappointed with this supposed mesh router/extender and will be sending it back and making sure I submit a zero star review on amazon where I bought it. I cannot set the mode to Mesh Extender so that I can pair it with my Mesh Router Zyxel DX4510-B1, even though my mesh router can see the AX3000, I cannot pair it because I cannot set it to Mesh Extender mode. If you want to keep me as a customer I would suggest you pay attention to this message. Thank you!

Incredible Coverage
I installed this unit on the back of the house, I used CAT6A cabling to connected to my 2GB fiber router. The purpose was to get a good signal to my shed, I can walk around the block with full WiFi signal on my phone, very impressive.

Great Access Point and easy install
Amazing. Easy install and set up. Wired via cat6 POE from switch. Hung about 25 feet up on pole. Coverage on farm is phenomenal. 400-500 feet or more of coverage. I am not an IT guy but this was pretty straightforward and easy to get up and running in minutes.

Works Very Well, but difficult on wooded acreage
The WavLink wi-fi extender does work great within the extended range. I live in a fairly remote area with lots of trees and absolutely no cell phone service, so rely heavily on my wi-fi to stay connected. Unfortunately, due to all the trees, I haven’t been able to extend my wi-fi to my gate & camera, but I haven’t really moved the extender the full length away from the house … its a project “on the list.” No doubt it would work if I relocate it to a proper location.
