Great product!
Works great, hot or cold steam can use oils with it for scent. Has a huge water tank can run for more than 8 hrs. Easy fill on top, no need to remove top lid, just pot water in through the grate.

Worth it
I got this because my father needed a humidifier in his bedroom. We had gotten one from a popular big box store and it had broken so we decided to get a nicer one. I enjoy this one. It’s quiet enough that he does not hear it over his van or TV. It holds a good amount of water. I’d like that it has the automatic on and off because you set the humidity. It’s a lot nicer because you don’t have to turn it on and off manually. And you can pair it with your phone. And I found out that it’s actually an app I already have for some of my other smart plugs in the house, so it was a win-win for me.But I think the best feature is the dimmable display. After a minute it dims and after three minutes, it turns off so that you don’t have a display constantly on while you’re trying to sleep.

Short lived life. (3 weeks… at best)
Works like I had hoped, for the first 3 weeks anyways. I after about 3 weeks now, it only has cool mist and none of the mist is heated. The heat light is on, but it just doesn’t make it warm like I needed when With my central heat running a lot lately, the humidity in my home gets down to 15%, and it kills my sinuses. With this machine, it keeps it at any range you desire and really puts out a lot of moisture.Only down side I can find with this humidifier is not having it close to a water outlet to keep it filled, fortunately it does hold rough 1 1/2 gallons water which will last about 10-12 hours on high heat.Do yourself a favor and get this one… it’s worth every dime.

Read If It’s Not Adding Automatically in the App
IF YOU’RE HAVING A HARD TIME ADDING YOUR HUMIDIFIER TO THE APP, READ THIS!!I read in another review that said that you have to have an android to control the humidifier via the app. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I have an iPhone and I was able to get it to work (although it wasn’t as easy as it should have been). With that being said…I had a really hard time getting the humidifier to show up to automatically be added. When I went through the manual setup, it would say to push the reset button and wait for a flashing light… I never found a reset button for this particular model, so adding manually wasn’t an option either.After many attempts to get it to work and lots of looking for that reset button, I figured out how to get it to add automatically to the app:1. Add some water to the tank2. Turn the device on and push the button that looks like steam to keep the screen on3. Press and hold the light button until the wifi symbol in the bottom left corner starts flashing4. Go into the Tuya Smart app and click the add button at the top right5. As long as the WiFi button is still flashing, your humidifier should show up to be selectedThese are the steps that (finally) worked for me.As far as the device itself, I haven’t gotten to use it much, as I JUST got it added to the app.A couple things I do like so far:1. The removable tank2. The tray for the essential oils3. It is very quietI hope this helps anyone else who might be going crazy looking for that reset button or find a way to get it to add to the app.

I wanted to see how much wattage this humidifier uses, so I tested it, and here is the data:For the humidifier without the heater:Low: 20.4WMedium: 23.4WHigh: 26.8WWith the heater on (which uses more power):Low: Between 120W and 135WMedium: Between 160W and 175WHigh: Between 248W and 255WWhen you turn on the heater, it usually takes up to 10 minutes for the humidifier to heat if set on high. If you set it on low, it can take up to 15 minutes.I left it on overnight with the heating element enabled. I turned off the portable heater in my room, and the humidifier kept my room warm—not too hot or too cold, just warm. In the morning, my wall was wet, and according to the humidifier, my room had 85% humidity. I reduced the humidity by opening the door to let some of it out. It works really well! Highly recommend!
