THIS IS MANDATORY!!
I LOVE THIS LITTLE GADGET!!! 😍 I got sick as a dead dog back in 2022 (SARS) and barely made it thru. Even before going to the hospital and after after getting out, I had this horrible cough that would just TAKE ME OVER if I tried to do ANYTHING!! Talking, being outside, laughing, walking… ANYYY level of stress on my respiratory system would send me into a coughing fit. The ONLY TIME I felt better and the coughing went away – was when I was sitting in a closed room with this humidifier (my best friend) going on full blast. 💨 😙It can heat up the water and uses your phone as a remote with an app. I never used the remote tho because EVEN TO THIS DAY… I keep it right beside me in my computer room. 98% of my cough is gone, but I have lung damage now.It’s getting better a little bit month by month, but I still need to use it now & then. It can literally crank through a gallon of distilled water in a few hours… and you need to keep it cleaned & disinfected quite frequently. I think they recommend cleaning & disinfecting it at least once a day.I don’t do all of that, but after 2 or 3 days – (max) I definitely use up any water that’s left and get it cleaned up again.That’s just me… But you might need to do it more often depending on your environment & personal needs.Either way… I’ve tried to call myself DONE with it several times and put it back up into the closet but after a few weeks – I gotta pull it back out, clean it up and fire it up again. Let’s just face facts – the air we breathe now is GARBAGE, and I think we will ALWAYS need a way to clean & moisturize the air, our lungs and our sinuses. Yeah, I know this doesn’t CLEAN the air, but I have an air purifier that does! 😁You HAVE TO take care of yourselves nowadays, because there’s no cure for a LOT of this stuff now. But if you keep yourself well equipped, you can minimize the damage & discomfort. So this machine is MANDATORY for me!! 🤧

Great Humidifier
Humidifier works great and keeps the bedroom at a steady humidity. With a humidifier like this, use RO or distilled water, tap water will cause a white dust to disperse over time. Super quiet and can’t hear it operating in auto mode. The app is super easy to use and I would utilize that more than the actual controls on the humidifier. The humidifier relative humidity sensor is fairly accurate, but I’d highly recommend getting a second hydrometer and putting it somewhere else in the room, not next to the humidifier to test the real humidity.Few negatives but it doesn’t change the 5 star rating. The sleep mode function is basically useless as it mists at the lowest level humidity setting with no programming to stop at certain level so the humidity climbs to way too high levels. There is no screen display off button at the unit and you have to use the app to turn off the display if the display is providing too much light in the room at night. These are minor control nuances that they could do better in a future model.

Quiet, Effective and worth every penny
I’ve been using the LEVOIT OasisMist 4.5L humidifier in my bedroom for several weeks, and it has exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. The combination of warm and cool mist, plus the ability to set custom humidity levels, has made it easy to keep my room comfortable throughout the day and night. For reference I suffer from Sjogren’s syndrome and this humidifier has been my saving grace.What stands out most is how quiet this humidifier is — even on higher settings it barely makes a sound, which is great for light sleepers. The top-fill design is another huge advantage; refilling it takes only a few seconds, and cleaning is simple compared to other humidifiers I’ve owned. You can turn off the light which was another contributing factor as to why i purchased this humidifier.Performance-wise, the 4.5L tank easily lasts through the night, and the unit increases humidity noticeably fast, which helped reduce dry throat and sinus discomfort during colder months.Overall, this humidifier is well-designed, efficient, and user-friendly. If you’re looking for a dependable option for a bedroom or medium-to-large room, the OasisMist is the way to go.

It does it’s job on it’s terms.
Things I don’t like.1. Want to adjust the humidity, it can only be done on the Auto setting.2. Want to turn the lights off, Sleep Mode? it reverts back to to the Manual mode.3. Want to change the manual preset humidity level??? you can’t, you have to live with 65%. Only thing you can do is adjust the mist output and turn on/adjust the warm mist setting4. Want to adjust the mist output in your Auto setting, you can’t… Auto determines what mist level you get.Epilogue: The humidifier puts out humidity on it’s terms! It does what it say’s, it humidifies the air on it’s terms. Want to adjust the percentage or mist output, you have to use the app. App is chuck full of advertisements, and when you download and create an account, the spam emails begin. Not one a week or day, no upwards of 10 per day.I’m contemplating returning it.

Absolutely recommend hands down
I ordered this because I have bronchitis. I’ve now been using this for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE THIS! It works wonderful with the choice to level of heat and the switch to cold. One great feature I also love is that you can select a wide range of fan levels!!!! It helps keep the water in longer when I’m sitting on the couch all day and set for night time. The other great thing is YOU CAN SELECT YOUR OWN ESSENTIAL OILS!!!!!! So you can run this for not just health but to have your home smell clean or fit the holidays! Right now I’m using eucalyptus to help my breathing but I am ready with others for the holidays. You can schedule this, put in auto or do manual settings to your liking. Cleaning is a BREEZE!!! The refills for the filters and sense pads and so inexpensive as well and comes with lots of them. Yes USE distilled water! Reason is that it Kris your machine cleaner longer and you don’t have to Descale more often. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!

Excelente ayuda para dos problemas de salud agravados por la calefacción y el frío seco: ojo seco, fosas nasales y piel resecas. Muy notoria mejoría desde la primera noche.Además: ofrece vapor tibio (con tres niveles de temperatura) o frío, en ambos casos, con 3 niveles de intensidad o cantidad de vapor; tanque de agua grande que me dura hasta para 3 noches (no lo uso durante el día); detector que apaga el aparato automáticamente al quedarse sin agua, lo que evita descomposturas o accidentes; encendido y apagado automático y programable desde un aplicación fácil de descargar y usar, después de conectar el aparato a un teléfono o tableta mediante Wifi e identificar el humidificador (operaciones fáciles aunque NO soy un joven experto en computadoras y celulares) y un manual muy claro y completo, incluidas instrucciones muy importantes para limpiarlo y evitar descomposturas o que se formen hongos.Ruido muy moderado y luz del panel de control muy discreta que no me han causado problema alguno para dormir. La luz del panel puede apagarse, manualmente o al ponerlo en la función “Sleep” o Dormir.Varias de las críticas en otras reseñas se deben a no leer o no seguir sistemáticamente las instrucciones del manual, incluido el tipo de agua a usar, etc.Feliz con este humidificador que escogí después de leer muchas reseñas sobre distintas marcas y modelos. Para mí, vale lo que cuesta.

Excelente, relación calidad y precio. Sin ruido excepto nivel de vapor caliente sin embargo es mínimo el ruido. Suficiente 2L para 8 horas. Agregue un caballito de vodka para mejorar las vías respiratorias. Recomendable 100%.
