This makes great hot coffee quickly. The waterline measurements on the carafe are for brewing full size cups, unlike most drip systems I have encountered. I like the option to brew up to 14 cups at a time for family gatherings, as well as smaller brews for our normal daily needs. The brew is consistent. This replaced our fancy Kurig brewer which I struggled to really clean the water reservoir. This coffee maker makes coffee that tastes soooooo much better. I enjoy the ease of cleaning this machine as well. If there was a need to replace this machine, I would buy this again. It would make a great gift!

AIRMSEN 12-Cup Programmable Dual Coffee Maker
Just got my AIRMSEN 12-cup Programmable Dual Coffee Maker (model HR-CM307U). Super excited to use this because of the multiple options and accessories. When the machine arrived, I found it light weight and well packaged. The glass carafe was sturdy and the baskets for the grounds was easy to clean. The controls were easy to use and the overall look of the unit was sleek. The clock was super easy to set. The brewing was quiet and takes about as long as my nespresso machine to heat up the water, yet this makes larger cups. My coffee came out nice and hot. I made a single serve cup with grounds and I also tried using the k-cup. Both turned out fine and hot. I’m pretty happy with this machine. I will try the programmable feature soon and come back with an update.Update- I tried the programmable feature today and it worked well. It was also quiet. I did use a paper filter to enhance the flavor of my coffee which worked and the warmer kept the coffee hot. The only issue that comes to mind is the staining of the coffee basket which was white and is now a bit brown. I noticed that on the single serve basket too. I tried scrubbing but it’s still stained. So far, so good with this coffee maker.

fantastic coffee machine
Purchased this coffee maker to replace my keurig coffee maker. I had many problems with 3 different Keurig machines. I am really enjoying this new machine. It is very versatile. Has a large water storage area and is multi-functional. You can make a small pot which gives me 2 decent cups of coffee or a large pot which me and my husband use on weekends. You can use fresh grounds and make on epot or use a cup. It works well and i would highly suggest this machine

I am a big coffee drinker and loved this coffee maker. Key problem though is that this unit lasted less than 3 months. The carafe side stopped working making this a very bad investment given the cost. I am very disappointed!As a follow up, the seller has a great support team who gathered data for product improvement and also offered a replacement or refund to resolve. Not all sellers are so willing to put customer satisfaction top of list!

Coffee is not 185°
I ordered this coffee.pot because my husband and I love our morning coffee. The 14 cup size is nice.I gave a 3 star rating because we were expecting hot 185° coffee. That has yet to happen. I would like to know if there is a setting you need to use for that, or if we should expect automatic hot coffee because it is warm to very warm coffee. Not hot. Very disappointed with it since is was the main reason for the purchase.I was contacted, after writing my original review, by the company I bought the coffee pot from. Airmsen contacted me after reading my review and wanted to make it right for me since the coffee pot did not perform as advertised, and offered a full refund. Thank you to Airmsen for caring about your customers.

Very nice easy to use coffee maker, especially like the dual purpose function. The carafe side produces hot coffee with the waing plate, tha single cup could be a bit hotter.

Fantastic coffee maker. Is silent and makes great coffee. Looks great on my counter and I’m so glad it has two options, to have a full pot of coffee or individual servings so you have options! LOVE IT. Great quality so far.

Worse coffee maker ever. The burner does NOT keep coffee hot and there isn’t any option to preprogramme machine to turn in before you get up. Bizarre. The instructions are non existent and the buttons are SUPER confusing. I searched the internet (with model number) using various search engines and they ALL had difficulty coming up with instructions. Horrible product.
