I don’t think those are black oxide tips.
Seen in person, these black tips look more like black paint than black oxide and the seller never claims they are black oxide. That’s disappointing, but still a good deal.

Bought as replacements
I bet I got 100 screwdrivers and about 80 of them need to be thrown away. I replaced all of the screwdrivers on the rack above my bench with these and I am very happy with them. Sure a lot cheaper than the tool truck. I have stressed a couple of them real hard and boy they last good.
