Flawless Mesh Setup—Perfect for WiFi Calling and Gaming!
We set up two ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro routers at our property using the AiMesh feature, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The mesh network works flawlessly—seamless connectivity throughout the entire house, even in spots where WiFi used to struggle. One of the biggest perks? WiFi calling. We live in an area with spotty cell service, and this setup has been a lifesaver. Calls are crystal clear, with zero drops or delays, no matter where we are in the house. As for performance, it’s everything you’d expect from a gaming router and more. Speeds are lightning fast, and we’ve had no issues handling multiple devices streaming, gaming, and working at the same time. The 10G and 2.5G ports are a great touch for wired connections, especially for gaming or transferring large files.Setup was straightforward, and the ASUS app made it easy to customize the network exactly how we wanted it. Plus, the subscription-free network security gives extra peace of mind—no hidden fees, just solid protection. If you’re looking for a powerful, reliable router for gaming, streaming, or even just improving connectivity in areas with bad cell reception, this one is worth every penny. Highly recommend, especially for mesh setups!

Slick router and amazing for a wifi 6e device
Beautiful looking spider machineWas able to go from an asus ac1900 to this one and doubled the speed on wifi. The user interface is slick and fast and much more responsive than any other router interface i have ever used. I can get sustained speed everywhere in a 3 story home,so the router is no slackerThe reason for not enough stars is this: running into some issues with the 6ghz band. I do have a ax210ngw on the desktop but it’s not detecting the 6ghz band. So need more investigation on cause of this. Its hard to investigate the cause other than getting another wifi 6e client which are by far few. Maybe I’ll snag my friends samsung s21 in a couple of days and will be able to actually test it on 6ghz—-Edit—-Update 2/5/2020On a 1Gbps line, I can consistently get about 700-800 Mbps 3 story up (router is on the basement) on a DFS channel for an AX device. AC devices are no slouches either and now top at 500-600 Mbps 3 story up. On non-DFS channels I top around 450-550 Mbps so that is not bad either. Guess I don’t need to buy a Mesh network!AX210 doesn’t work on windows. Found a thread on intel forums that it might need a windows update later on for activating 6ghz (thread name: Intel AX210 can’t create 6GHz hotspot ). Also found that linux 5.11 should support 6Ghz so tried it out with Ubuntu and 5.11rc6. Unfortunately though the AP is detected connection fails so I guess its more wait and watch with linux too. Atleast the Ax210 saw the 6ghz AP. So yay my device is not broken. And my friend bought a regular S21 so that testing avenue is gone for the time being.Edit Nov 20216Ghz band works great on a Pixel 6 Pro. The range is shorter than the 5Ghz band and the phone shows lower signal strength but the 6ghz bandwidth speed in my house is usually more than what I get with the 5GhzOther than that, the perfect router. I use remote desktop from my top story laptop to my computer in the basement and use Zoom video and audio and both latency and bandwidth are great enough that I can use Zoom effectively. love the router!

This is the Router you want. Outstanding.
I have had many routers in my life, but this is THE router you want. Heavy feel to it. NOT cheap. Not only does it outperform my previous ones, but it arrived in the most professional, protective and beautiful packaging I have ever seen! The box even has beautiful graphics to it, opens like there is a crown jewel in there and contains all you need to get up and running along. I have a (4) fan cooler under it in the pictures (not included…buy that separately on Amazon if you would like).I had the normal amount of time setting it up. I did have some issues with getting the 10G port as my WAN, so I called the number supplied. The techs had me up and running in a little bit with some setting changes way down deep in the application dashboard. I am on fiber optic so maybe that had something to do with the setup on the 10G port. But once up and running, I was able to crank along at tethered/wired 756mps download and 966mps upload. Slower on PC Wi-Fi. But just as super-fast on Wi-Fi iPhone. NO dropouts in the month I have had it. NO problems in the month I have had it. Very happy.I have never spent this much on a router, but you only live once, and this is definitely worth it. I never thought much about the way a router looked but this one is very well thought out and pretty. Nice touch with the (2) USB ports, too. I have my router down low so not a big deal the ports are on the top side and top side back corner. If you plan on hanging it (I personally wouldn’t…) to look at it the way the lights are, the ports would be on the topside, which can be a pain sometimes to get to. All the arms move really nicely for placement as you like. I could not be more impressed and pleased with this router. VERY NICE and very happy!!

It has good coverage and signal to far corners. 6 GHz works on it. It’s worth noting that the one I received was red colour on the top not grey and it’s actually version 2.0 and called ASUS GT-BE19000. Same specifications, but has seems more 2.5 Gbps ports. It’s NOT compatible with AsusWrt-Merlin.Only disadvantage I see is that the router size and weight is very big and bulky, but otherwise I have no complaints about it so far.

  7. Marc

It’s overkill (and expansive) for my personal usage but I particularly like the application to leverage the usb drive and reduce the ping for games. The wifi coverage is just amazing. The signal stay full bars everywhere in my cottage house and everywhere in the yard.

  8. PARZIVAL

You get what you paid for so no hassle extreme fast and responsive nothing to say much everything is perfect
