This humidifier is sickkkkk. Connects to WiFi, has high and low settings. Fair sized tank. I would say I run it all night long for my tropical plants that need a lot of humidity and if I run it all night, I do need to refill the next day, but that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s also super quiet. I love the look of it cause it’s not a super ugly, tacky one. And the way it blows the water out is soo good. Happy with my purchase

Didn’t know I needed a smart humidifier
This thing is amazing. First night I used it, I gelt a cold coming on and so I just quickly set it up, dumped some distilled water in and just hit the power button twice to get the max mist level. Night two, I decided to install the app. Opened up a while new world for me. There are so many more mist levels, 8 to be exact. You can control everything about it from the app and most useful for me, setting routines. I love this because I don’t have to fidget with this every night. One less thing to worry about. I have it set to turn on at a certain time, shut off at 60% humidity at which time it will wait on standy until the levels drop then resume function to keep levels desirable in the environment. After a set amount of hours, it’ll turn off for the day and remain off until it ‘wakes up’ as programmed. Love this! Only have to make sure that the basin is filled with water.

great humidifier but useless app
I like this unit a lot. It’s reasonably compact, has a clean modern design, and is absolutely silent when operating. Everything is controlled from a single button on the front (Or an app. More on that later.) You get two mist levels, low and high. When set on high, it jets out a large cloud of dry vapor (“Dry vapor” means the mist is so fine it evaporates quickly and won’t condense on anything. Stick your hand in the cloud and it will stay dry.) With other units I’ve tried, they spray a wet mist, leaving splatter and condensation on the floor and everything nearby. With this unit, you can confidently place it on carpet and wood. It makes no sound. The tank is easy to fill, easy to clean, and holds about a gallon of water. I didn’t test to see how long a tank would last, but I believe the manufacturer’s claim of a 29 hour run time. The lower base is easy to empty and clean too. To clean, they say to run white vinegar through it. While the instructions don’t mention this, my advice is to use distilled water as it has no minerals so no scale build up and no calcium dust as the mist evaporates. If you want, you can add scent to the mist; put a few drops of essential oil on a small pad and push it into a slot on the side of the unit. It comes with three scent pads (you supply the oil) and a cleaning brush. I mentioned that this unit can be controlled by an app. Now think about it; if the device can be operated from a single push button, how useful do you think an app will be? I say don’t bother. Oh, you still want to hear about it? OK, the app is well made, easy to set up, and easy to use. It needs your Google login and the login information for your house wi-fi (it can only connect to 2 GHz.) Now let’s explore the app’s mediocre features. You can turn the device on and off. Whoopie! You can use the humidity sensor on the device so it can shut off at a certain humidity level. Well, the device is surrounded by mist, so how accurate do you think that sensor is? You can control the amount of mist to 8 levels. Is it really necessary for that amount of control? Levels 1-4 are similar to the “lo” setting on the unit and 5-8 are similar to the “hi” setting. It has a run timer or you can program a schedule where it turns on and off at specific times. And I think it notifies you if you run out of water. But do you really need those features? I’d rather operate it manually so I can check the water level every time I use it. We landed a man on the moon without apps for our humidifiers, so I say don’t bother. Finally, after testing the app, I tried to remove the humidifier from my network but there was a bug in the software that wouldn’t let me remove it. I contacted their technical support but they did not resolve my problem. It’s a device behind my firewall connected to my Google account. Can you say “security issue?” So one star for the app, five stars for the unit (since you can use it without the app). In my overall review, I dinged it a star for the app.

Perfect for my elderly mother
I didn’t know I needed a smart humidifier. Frankly, I didn’t even know they were made until I stumbled across this one. I have needed to loan my regular (“dumb”) humidifier to my elderly mother (who lives with me) a few times. But she has mobility issues and can’t fidget with it when it gets to humid in the room, needs water, etc. This smart one is PERFECT!!! The app is amazing. It has multiple mist settings and even allows you to track the humidity level in the room. This way I can remotely track how the humidifier is doing and run in to take care of it for my mom if needed. Super easy to use. App is pretty user friendly. Easy to set up and fill with water. Great for the price. OVerall I am very happy with it

Great unit with out having to use the app..
I couldn’t really review this item because I’m using only my mobile to take pics and work with the app.I’ve had humidifiers before so I am relatively familiar with their functions. This humidifier is so completely unique because you can actually control it from a smart app. Wha? Amazing.I’ve had this running in my kitchen so far. Not that the kitchen really needs it, but I was testing it. The air felt better. I know it’s not the ideal room to set it up in, but I definitely noticed a difference.I love that the tank has a gallon capacity. You can get away with a day or 2 without having to refill it. Also, love that you can essential oils.I’m sure with the app you can set it up to your preference, but I prefer simplicity. I don’t want another app on my phone. The unit works well without it. I like the idea of having immediate access, but honestly it’s not a priority for me.Again, the unit works well and I recommend it. App, go for it, but you don’t really need it.
