Great system, worth every penny.
Easy to setup and name the sensors. They work perfectly. Within a week of installing had a water leak that I was able to stop within 1 minute of the leak because the sensors were so loud and picked up the leak instantly. Email, text, and app notifications were as quick as the alarm, I knew which sensor to go to in order to find the leak.

Peace of Mind!
We have had numerous leaks in our home. It’s all part of homeownership but these give us a little peace of mind. Very easy to set up. Literally put batteries in, set them in areas you may experience a leak. The app works great too. If it detects water, the device itself alarms (loudly) and the app alerts you too! Nice to have if you’re not home. It comes with a “home” unit that simply plugs into a standard outlet and receives the signal from the individual sensors. I placed one under the kitchen sink, near the water heater, and under a bathroom sink. They are a good value for the money and have a slick design.

If you’re a homeowner, these are a must have to protect your home and belongings.Installation is fairly easy—keep in mind the directions are probably written by someone who doesn’t speak English as their primary language. If you think like an engineer or programmer while you’re installing, it will go that much easier. What I’m saying is that there are assumed steps that aren’t listed.The pictures and most of the diagrams are extremely small and the instructions are printed on a small 3×3 inch booklet, hence the font is small. I wasn’t able to find a webpage with the directions—which would have been that much easier. The app is ok—again think like a programmer/engineer for navigation as it’s not intuitive.I tested the leak detectors—worked great.

This Govee Water Leak Alarm literally saved us from a disaster! Great Value for the Money
Incredible. These water leak detectors are easily setup and function as advertised. I tested each one before placing them and all worked great. Their reception range is perfect throughout my 1850sq ft home. The app works well and so far so good. I hope that I’ll never receive a notification from this app but I’m sure if there’s a leak I’ll know about it, sooner than later. You also see the battery levels of each detector, on the app, so it’s easy to determine when batteries need changing (they are supposed to last several years and use standard triple A batteries).

I have a system with 5 sensors. One is in my attic where my HVAC is located. Works well but pairing to the gateway can be a little difficult. Print in the manual is extremely small and should be larger.

I have purchased two of these leak detectors for two separate homes. It is nice that I can set them up in one app and group them by each home. Tested the leak detection notification, and it works great!

These were incredibly easy to set up, they connected to the app on my phone seamlessly, and tested well. Ideally, they never see any action – but hopefully if I have a flood in my mechanical room they alert me quickly.

The water detector was as described but had to watch several YouTube videos to figure out how to get it paired with the Wi-Fi and my phone. Tested the individual units and alarms is VERY loud which is great for hearing from the basement. Not sure if the battery will last 5 years because after testing 1 bar of the battery was used. Hopefully will not have water issues but comforted knowing that I will be notified before major damage occurs.

Great deal – these can cost as much for a single unit. Having all three ganged allows for easier overview, and makes set up much easier. The units are small, and establish a very secure and strong connection in the home. The accompanying app allows a wide range of features but easy remote notifications sent by mail or text when you aren’t home is a reassuring feature!
