Hot pot fans, buy it now!
This hot pot is amazing! It heats up very quickly and gets really hot. On the highest setting, the soup was boiling in no time, which meant we could start eating fast. It also kept everything warm easily without any worry of overheating or issues with the parts. If you love hot pot, I highly recommend getting this — it makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

Best date night ever. We made a pho/hot pot mash up. It will boil the broth and simmer it. The coating is nice for clean up. No noise detected. No leakage so far. The product is well made. For the price of one night at the Hot Pot place we can now enjoy multiple meals at home for a fraction of the price. Going to buy my niece one for Christmas.

Great for parties and easy to clean
I first used this for hot dips at a party. The absolute best part is that the pot separates from the heating element for cleaning. That feature alone makes this pot worth the price!!!

Worked great!
Only tried it once so far, but it worked great! Really sturdy pot design and helpful to have the split sides, for different flavors of hotpot base. What I love about this one over others is the separated pot from cooking element, so you can easy clean the pot and not have to worry about getting any electric parts wet. The heat was very hot when needed, and I imagine it takes some practice to find the perfect temp, lots of heat levels to keep turning it up and down as needed though! Great size and no leaking!

So perfect for my blended family my son’s girlfriend is Cambodian and she likes to make hot pot which we got to try for the first time. I love how it’s double-sided so we could make spicy and non-spicy for the kids.

Stopped working after 15 minutes
DO NOT BUY! Broke in the middle of first use. I heated up the soup bases and everything was fine, I turned off the heat and moved the unit to the table and…..nothing. Thought it was the outlet, moved to different power and, nothing. Worked for maybe 15-20 minutes and then wouldn’t turn back on. Don’t waste your money

I always wanted to buy a hotpot as it’s such a nice activity to do with your friends at home. After some long debating and asking people more knowledgeable than me, I ended up getting this one and couldn’t have been more happy. We use it around once a month, when we have our friends over, sometimes even twice and never encountered any problems with it. The settings area is easy to use, and the heat level is easy to adjust. We paid around £60 and for that price is value for money. You can fit two soup bases in there, which is nice as you don’t need to divide if you want spicy or not.

Used this twice with amazing results, enjoyed a hot pot experience at home however around 2 weeks after the returns window closed we tried a third time and the unit just didn’t power on or heat up. Checked the fuse, had power, just nothing. Waste of good money. Awaiting seller contact to see if they can help.

Really wanted to like this, but unfortunately the product started working, blue light came on, started heating… and then it just stopped. Left it on for half an hour and the light never came on again, never started working again, pot, base and heating elements were cold to the touch. Waste of a dinner as we had all the hot pot soup bases in at that time and all!Edit: due to the good reviews on this item, I returned it and purchased another (and theyd raised the price £20!) Paranoid about ruining dinner, I simply put water in this one and tested it. Worked twice. Broke on the third try. Do not recommend.

DO NOT BUY….The heater element works fine but the sauce pan has plastic elements on the handles and lid. They started to melt within having it on for 10min on medium heat..so disappointed

We excitedly bought this as as most reviews were positive compared to other hot pots. It ran perfectly the first time we used it, but then the second time it wouldn’t even turn on. We tried different sockets and nothing worked. The product comes with one use left in its life. I believe I saw someone else in the UK with the same issue.
