This can of duster was sold by a 3rd party Amazon vendor, FALCON BIZZY. The can arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, rather than place the can in an appropriate size box with packing material, FALCON BIZZY, placed the can in a tightly fitted shipping bag. As is result, the can arrived with a broken spraying nozzle, thus, rendering the item completely useless on arrival. I surmise that due to FALCON BIZZY’s poor shipping practices, it was likely damaged while exchanging hands in the shipping process. I went to Amazon to see if I could get a replacement, however, it was discovered that FALCON BIZZY does not accept returns or replacements. The Amazon site advised that I contact the Falcon Dust Off Company.I did as I was instructed and contacted the company number listed at Amazon. This was the “Customer Service” line. I spoke with a very UN-customer service oriented woman (who seemed extremely put out that I was reaching out to the company with a defective product). She proceeded to tell me that I must contact Amazon. I informed her that I was instructed by Amazon to contact the Dust Off company. This only served to make her agitated….she then very curtly said that they would not replace the as they “have no way to tell if I purchased it from Amazon” (in spite of the fact that I have an order number, delivery receipt, and credit card receipt). She gave an exasperated sigh as if to inform me that I was taking up her valuable time and said there was nothing she could do.I went to Amazon customer service to let them know what had transpired between FALCON BIZZY and Falcon Dust Off company (a.k.a. Falcon Safety Products, Inc. of Branchburg, NJ). I worked with an Amazon customer service (AMAZON CSBA) agent by the name of Bryan and he noted the incident and the no-return/replacement by FALCON BIZZZY. He went on to say that he would reach out to FALCON BIZZY in an attempt to work out a mutual advantageous outcome for all parties. A coupe of days went by and I was contacted by Bryan who noted that attempts were made to contact FALCON BIZZY, but those attempts were ignored by FALCON BIZZY. Bryan did stated in his response that AMAZON (not FALCON BIZZY or Falcon Safety Products, Inc.) would refund my money. Within a few days, my money was refunded by Amazon.KEY TAKEAWAYS:1. If you purchase this duster product from FALCON BIZZY, it will likely come to you damaged due to poor packaging practices at FALCON BIZZY as there is no way to protect the nozzle during transport. As such, you will be sent a useless product and you risk being out your money.2. Bryan was great with follow up too. So Amazon is the Champion here! The two aforementioned companies should sit up and take note of Amazon’s example.Final thoughts…if you purchase this product from FALCON BIZZY…you are taking your chances. If you buy this particular Falcon Dust Off brand, do not expect the company to stand by their product or see that your customer service experience is pleasing one. Remember…it is YOUR money…BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Able to use but the cover was just floating around the packaging and does not fit too well. If you wiggle it enough, you are able to get the air flowing. Suits the purpose, but rather a strange design.
