really like these make rehab very easy attached a 2×4 to wall with some beaners to lock into the straps and seems to work wonderful for getting a resistance workout easier option then going to rehab you can do it at home hoping that the rubber tubes last a while. love the ankle bands and the handles great price good value and like the fact that it comes with an exercise list to pinpoint what areas you work out for a full range of motion workout. easy and comfortable to use the way we have it installed

The only griper complaint that I have is I wish that it came in packages of two meaning 2-50s, 2-40s, instead of just one. Definitely comes with enough clips, handles/grips and straps. The storage bag was a nice touch. The quality is on point and they are very versatile. They are very long and the material has a nice comfortable feel. Even my kids like using them. Nice touch to our home gym!

Great for travelers or just around the house
I can put these in my suitcase and get a good workout anywhere. Once you figure out where and how you get the most tension out of them without stretching them too far you can do a lot with these. I’ve had different sets and they wear out after a couple of years, but I’ve never had one break while using it.

Works well but only complaint is resistance starts a little late in the movement I have to distance my feet a little wider for the proper resistance thru the whole movement.. like shoulder press is fine but side laterals its no resistance halfway thru the movement other then that the door anchor works well and looks great the quality I’m not so sure as I’ve only used it for a couple of days

Good starter band set for beginners and those looking to tone. Easy to use. Solid door anchor. Great price. Comes with handles, ankle straps, a travel bag, and an exercise chart. Great addition to my home set up! So far the quality seems solid! IDK why some reviews complain about the smell, its rubber and smells like rubber, duh!

I purchased these resistance bands for a surgical rehab program and they are excellent. The handles are large, padded and quite comfortable. Each band has it’s own clips which make it easy to change when going to a different resistance band. I really like the grey colour variations on the bands. The darker the band, the higher the resistance rating. A good storage bag was included, the whole kit is well made. I like using these bands, they give a good workout. I’ll continue to use them, much preferred over free weights. Easy to pack for travel. Definitely would buy them again

These are great quality with everything you need although some really subtle annoyances affect efficient works outs.The bands are too similar in colour. Whilst looks smart, it becomes difficult to determine resistance. The colours fade with stretching and aren’t as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible.The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself.Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. This’d be a really good addition I’ve not seen anywhere else.Otherwise the accessories feel really good quality (2 door anchors would be ideal ;))

I’ve been using the bands every couple of days to make me entirely useless after going for runs. The bands and handles are holding up perfectly. I’ve not used the ankle strap, but the door hook gets a lot of use. The diagrams for the different exercises could be clearer or supplemented with a video guide, but other guides are already out there, so it isn’t a big deal.I don’t want the hassle or storage space of free weights and I can take these if I need to go somewhere for work. These are ideal for me as a casual user.
