No need for a gym when traveling
This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands.

Really nice resistance bands
These resistance bands are great to use for physical therapy or for a nice workout. I really like that these have a weight range or a resistance range from when they’re not stretched out to when they are stretched out. So instead of just saying 50 pounds they say 50 to 75 pounds for example. They’re nice and stretchy and work great

Ripped after a year and a half ish
Bought these feb 2024, its now nov 2025 & the 2 lightest bands ripped 🙁 the others feel stiff like they’ll break soon too. Need better quality ones

Good quality bands
These were recommended to me by my trainer. After going through so many flimsy bands, I’m glad I ordered these. they are sturdy and stretchy, and each band has measurements on it that tell you the weight equivalent. These are great for keeping in my office or taking with me on vacation.

Thick and won’t deteriorate over time!
Super well made and a great value. I’ve purchased bands that have rotted over time. These bands are made of varying thicknesses of rubber and will last a very long time.

Pas les bons poids ni couleurs. La largeur n’est pas la même que sur le site (exemple la grosse bande est beaucoup plus mince que la photo amazon).
