MOTION ACTIVATED OUTDOOR FLOOD LIGHT
TEST MODE
Tests the sensor’s functionality even during daylight hours.
After motion stops, the light will remain on full brightness for 5 seconds and then turn to low brightness.

SECURITY MODE
Adjust the “DISTANCE” to L/M/H, you will enter the SECURITY MODE.
Turns on at full brightness at night only when motion is detected.
Deactivates during daylight hours. Recommended installation height: 8.2 feet
DUSK TO DAWN MODE
In D2D mode, light turns on at night and stays on at low brightness(20%), then turns to fullbrightness(100%) if motion is detected.
The holding time at high brightness can be customized from 1/3/10 MIN.
Deactivates during daylight hours.
MANUAL OVERRIDE MODE
Stay on at 100% brightness, suitable for nighttime gatherings in the courtyard.
Turn the light on manually from the wall switch. With the fixture already in the ON position, continuously flip the wall switch off and then back on twice in 3 seconds.
Warm tips:
Manual mode requires a wall switch to operate, please make sure that the light fixture in your home is equipped with a normal switch, not only controlled by the sensor.
LONGER LIGHTING TIME
When the security light is triggered, the lighting time is 1, 3 or 10 minutes, which can be customized by yourself.

Q1: Is this floodlight solar-powered or plug-in ?
A1: No. This is a hardwired light that needs to be connected to your home electrical system.
Q2: Why doesn’t the light turn on during the day?
A2: This is normal in Auto Mode or Dusk to Dawn Mode. Use Test Mode for daytime testing.
Q3: Can this be used under rain or snow?
A3: Absolutely! It’s IP65 waterproof and designed for all outdoor conditions.
Q4: Why does the light not stay on continuously? How can I enable constant lighting?
A4: The light has a Manual Override Mode for constant-on. Use Manual Override Mode by quickly flipping the wall switch OFF and ON within 3 seconds.
To activate: Flip the wall switch OFF → ON → OFF → ON within 3 seconds. The light will stay on at 100% brightness for 6 hours, then return to motion sensing. Note: This only works with a wall switch. Smart plugs or motion-only controls may not support this feature.

Nice outdoor security light.
Bought this light to replace an old outdoor light.Installed it and it went great, easy to install with the included parts.Light switch was bad too so that had to be replaced before this light worked; replaced that and now I have a fully functional outdoor light. The light output itself is very “cool” or bluish as opposed to warm.Sensor works great for detecting motion and turning on the light.I mounted this on my front deck under a large awning.

Works good. Easy install if you know what you’re doing. I like the settings. I have 3 of them. 2 of them I’ve had for almost a year and no issues. So definitely worth the money.

Inconsistent motion detection – bright light
Extremely bright white light illuminates a 60×100 foot alley space easily. Motion detection is inconsistent, in that I enter the area in the same way through a gate and the light comes on 70% of the time. Entry is made in approximately the same darkness of evening. If I continue moving further into the area the motion feature does turn on the light, but having to enter halfway without lighting is a security issue. Not sure why I’m detected sometimes and then not other times. I’ve fiddled with distance and positioning, but it doesn’t seem to improve the percentage of time the motion detector turns on the light at the head of the alley. A positive is the motion detector doesn’t turn on when shrubbery moves in the wind or when bugs fly by as my old one reacted. Installation was very easy. The light fits a standard box and weighs very little so that wiring it in doesn’t require a third hand or hanger. If the motion detection was consistent I would give it 5 stars.

Great quality
Replacing an existing incandescent 2 bulb fixture with this LED unit. Simple to install easy to connect to existing wires. I like the internally mounted cross bar and one screw mount, this is a great design that allows for incremental adjustments of the mounting base in either direction. With the unit set to dusk to dawn the unit will come on at dusk stay on all night at a dimmer night light mode. When something crosses the sensor path it will brighten considerably to light up the area. (really like this feature) then shuts off at dawn. Switching to On mode will make it work like a normal security light. Lights are Off until the sensor is tripped to turn it on. 1, 3 , 10 minute on cycles to choose from. I will be purchasing a second light fixture to set up as a security sensor On light to work in unison with the other set up in dusk to dawn mode. Very happy with the unit, adjustability and features. In full on mode it is comparable to two 100 watt incandescent bulbs.

The product performs as advertised, and the installation process was straightforward.
My existing security light started malfunctioning, and I purchased this one as a replacement. It’s installed by the side door of my garage. The rewiring was very simple, and so far it’s working very well— the light turns on immediately when I step out of the garage.A quick note: this set does not come with a junction box. My old unit mounted flat against the wall and had an integrated housing for the wiring. For this one, I needed to install a separate junction box.Even with the extra trip to the hardware store, I still think the light is worth the minor inconvenience.

So I bought this last year & just now installed it. First the screws are too small to attach it to the box, I tried using the old screws but they won’t go through the bracket. I finally got it installed but the motion detector is useless. I’ve tried all 3 distances but it doesn’t activate unless I’m right under it. Went to a big box store & got another one. Installs easily & costs less, I love it. Don’t waste your money on this!!So I finally figured out a way to get this installed & it works quite well now. The lights are bright & the motion detector works ok.it doesn’t pick up motion that far away but it’s ok. The company reached out to me & were willing to help in any way they could

Unfortunately the product doesn’t work and I only put it up after the return period. Had to go to the DIY shop and buy an alternative which works fine!£40 down the drain.

You cannot fit this light without buying a separate back -piece on which to fit it.This is not apparent until the light arrives and you discover that it is impossible to fit without it.It is non-standard UK wiring, with black, white and green leads.Gave up in the end and bought a much simpler light to fit that required nothing additional and with standard UK wiring. Best avoid this!

I originally purchased this light in August 2023. The light is durable with a nice stylish look to it. The installation was straight forward and easy. The light is very bright for the Lumens this light is emitting.The performance and function were without issue until October 2024. The motion sensor started to malfunction.I contacted LUTEC warranty, to my surprise they were in correspondence with me in 24 hours. I gave them a detailed explanation & photos of the issue. LUTEC was amazingly quick with their follow up and response to this warranty issue. I received the replacement light in 5 days after contacting LUTEC.Joshua the LUTEC customer service rep who handled this matter, was prompt and handled the matter professionally. The customer service was outstanding.It is great LUTEC has a 3 year warranty and honors the warranty with a pleasurable customer service experience. Thanks to Joshua & LUTEC.Consider LUTEC as your next light to replace your old one.

update- got a new one mailed to me, tested it and it worked, much better sensor and everything looks ok.————-Good- looks ok, installation easy, bright when light is onBad- sensor. No matter how adjust it just not sensitive enough, my car drive right in from of it in 1.5m and it’s not lighting up still
