Super happy with this purchase. II’ll be using it in our motorhome.
I’ve owned and used a Ninja Air fryer for a long time and love what an air fryer can do. We’re taking months-long trips in our motorhome now and I needed something to cook in, as the combo convection oven/microwave that comes with the RV isn’t suitable for baking at all, and my Ninja air fryer is too small for some things. I researched and put hands on various models before deciding on the Nuwave Bravo XL which I got on a Prime Day special deal. I wanted a size that would allow me to proof and bake homemade bread while on the road. I love the size of this oven — it fits well on my available counter space in the RV and is a shorter but longer than some models so it fits well under the cabinetry but allows me to use my current cookware (such as a 9×13 pan). I’ve been practicing how to use this and am finding it pretty intuitive, however I haven’t experimented much with the 100 presets yet! I’ve successfully baked brownies using my 9X9 square USA pan, and have baked a manicotti casserole in a glass 8X8 dish using the probe to get to 160 degrees . Super easy and convenient! . Best of all I’m thrilled that I’ve successfully baked bread using my one-pound loaf size USA Pullman pan. Just 20 minutes at 370 degrees! I tried cooking homemade pizza using the provided enamel pan and learned you need to really grease that up well to avoid sticking. I didn’t grease heavily enough and had some baked on, stuck on mess in one area but found that a soak and a scrape with a plastic scraper cleaned it up well. The external walls of the oven don’t get as hot as I thought they would which is great! The door and the top seem to generate the most heat. I used the advice I read from other reviews of how to turn off the fan if you’re just trying to bake something without convection (repeatedly hit the Fan button till it cycles to 0), and that was great advice. Also, find something to hook onto the rack with to pull it out a bit to help get a grasp of the rack with a potholder. It’s not easy to grasp the rack otherwise. Be careful not to pull the rack out too far without having a good grasp on it first. I haven’t made a big mess in it yet so don’t have experience with what it takes to keep it clean, but I would think that consistent clean up will keep it looking good. I appreciate the 5 year warranty that comes with it. Hopefully I won’t have to use it, but 5 years is a sign to me that Nuwave has confidence in this product. I recommend this to anyone looking for ability to use an oven in place of, or when your actual oven isn’t available to you!

I LOVE this Nuwave Bravo XL Pro Toaster Oven
This is my third toaster oven in the last 30 years and I love it! My first one lasted almost 15 years until the heating element stopped working. Before the Nuwave I had a Ninja and hated it. It was low and had a tendency to burn stuff because the heating element was so low to the food. Tried to stick it out for 3 years but finally had enough. Did a lot of research and landed on the Nuwave XL pro. From the first frozen pizza to airfry chicken to roasted potato, this toaster oven has performed beautifully! And it makes excellent toast and bagels.I love the ability to adjust the burners (top/bottom) feature, especially for bagels or making pizza with an extra crisp bottom crust. Haven’t had a chance to use the probe or most of the preset functions. The buttons and menu isn’t difficult to learn and I don’t mind pushing a couple extra buttons in exchange for versatility. The ability to adjust the fan and turn off convection is also a huge plus. The only thing that I wish I can adjust is the volume of the beeps. It is loud. There is an option to turn off the beep but I like to be notified when things are done. This is now my go-to and I’ve even stopped using my dedicated airfryer. In response to the reviews saying it takes a long time to make toast, well, yes because it’s a toaster “oven” compared to a standard toaster. Toaster heating elements are very close to bread therefore faster toasting. If making toast fast is your concern, stick to a normal toaster. If having a versatile small oven that can also make toast, get this Nuwave.

Extra wide toaster oven
I’ve only had it a week. but so far, the toaster oven has worked as described. I needed one that fits my 11.5” x 7.5” (with handles 13.5” wide) baking dish. It is difficult to find interior measurements on manufacturer’s websites. The door mechanism on my old one could not be repaired because of a rivet. This one looks like the same design. No noticeable odor, as someone complained about, and not excessively hot. Smoked a little during air fry when grease dipped on the heating element because I didn’t see about using the pan on a rack below the basket. It cleaned up, though. The controls are not as simple as some toaster ovens that I’ve owned, and I think the 100 presets for specific recipes are unnecessary and complicates it more. You can make up your own general temperature/cooking time, though. The toast feature is typical for a toaster oven, taking longer and not browning quickly.

Nuwave Bravo XL Pro!
The **Nuwave Bravo XL Pro** is a total game-changer in my kitchen. It’s incredibly versatile — I’ve used it to air fry, bake, broil, and even grill — and everything comes out evenly cooked and crispy. The built-in temperature probe is a big plus, ensuring meats are perfectly done every time.Cleanup is easy thanks to the non-stick trays, though the unit itself is quite large, so make sure you have counter space. There’s a bit of a learning curve with all the settings, but once you get used to it, it’s amazing.Overall, this is the best multifunction air fryer oven I’ve owned — powerful, smart, and reliable. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants one appliance that does it all.

Very well built and quiet
I’ve had this and used it for about a month now — it seems very well built! I especially like that I can immediately put stuff in to air fry without preheating — saves me about 5 minutes every time. It is also much quieter than the last air fryer we had. I always used to cringe when I used it at night because I was afraid I’d wake up the house. This one has a much quieter fan AND you can turn off all of the “beeps” with a long press of a key. It seems like this toaster oven/air fryer was designed and improved by someone who actually used it!
