Bought this as I wanted a nice stand for my home pod mini and it works great and looks great too. It’s nice and sturdy, good value for money, easy to assemble as there is none. Good size not too big or small. Doesn’t affect sound quality.

I recently got an apple speaker mostly to replace the kinda ok smart speaker I already had in my room that is the brand of the website you’re reading on right now, looking for higher quality and better functionality since I use apple music. I really like the homepod mini and this stand showed up on my Amazon account. Obviously you can see what in looks like, and the photos are accurate. I like how it looks.But also, I immediately noticed a richer bass and sound projection when I put the speaker on the stand. It of course doesn’t amplify anything but it does help the sound come away from the speaker and basically sound better and louder.It is worth it for that alone, I wouldn’t really buy it just for looks although I do like it, and keeping it off the nightstand next to a plant feels tidier sorta, but I figured the reviews saying it helps the acoustics made sense, given the shape of the speaker, and worth trying it out.And I am very happy with the improvement, ikme I said the clearer sojnd was noticeable immediately. Get it!

Looks Great…The Sound Changed
It looks great. No installation, it’s just a stand. But, the HomePod mini is a small device. I felt it slightly changed the sound. I preferred the sound when the HomePod mini was ground level so I returned it.

Looks Good and Improves Sound Quality
The HomePod Mini sits perfectly into this little tripod stand. Once I put it on the stand and played music I immediately noticed a big improvement in the bass output. It looks like the woofer sits on the bottom of the pod so I assume moving it a bit off the grand allows the woofer a little breathing room. Voices have more of a bass punch and music shakes my table but does not vibrate the stand at all. I was quite surprised this little stand improved the fidelity so much. Apple should sell this on their website and I highly recommend these as a purchase with any HomePod Mini.One note, in the HomePod Mini setting in the Home app, there is an option to reduce bass. To get the sound I am referring to above, you need to make sire this is not checked so you get the full bass. I usually keep reduce bass off but this is a preference thing depending on what you listen to the most. I would recommend experimenting with this setting but keeping it off most of the time.
