Expensive but well worth it
Yes, these are expensive. However, when you buy quality, you only cry once. I’m currently using five sensors and a Gateway, and they are amazing. I’m using three in cigar humidors, one in a freezer, and currently the last one is for ambient conditions in the house. They are super simple to set up, and the amount of information they provide is great. The other night I accidentally left a humidor open, and soon I was getting alerts on my phone telling me the humidity was dropping. Cigars saved! I did find that I couldn’t get a sensor to connect in the freezer on my newer fridge because it has very thick doors. Their website warns this can be an issue.I love the ability to set temperature and humidity parameters and get notices when a sensor goes outside those parameters. I love the ability to check the records over the last day, week, month, year, etc. If my home loses power while I’m away, I’ll not only know that the freezer is getting warm, but I’ll know if it gets warm enough for long enough for the food to thaw. I’ll also know if someone accidentally leaves the freezer door ajar and can fix it before my food thaws. I’ll also know when I need to add water to my cigar humidors. In short, these sensors have the potential to save me a lot of money. I have a friend who owns a cigar shop and uses these and he got an alert one night that his shop humidor humidity was at 80 percent and rising. He alerted an employee who went to the shop and discovered the humidifier was stuck in the ON position. Had he not had the sensor, he would have discovered the next day that his entire inventory of cigars was ruined. Saved him many thousands of dollars.The sensor in my garage freezer is about fifty feet from the Gateway with an exterior door and the freezer door between it and the Gateway. It still connects! UPDATE: Last night someone in my household left the freezer door slightly ajar. I got an alert on my phone and was able to close the door before it stayed open all night and ruined everything in the freezer! That one alert nearly paid for the sensor.My greatest surprise with these was the incredible customer service. I emailed a question about my Gateway and received a reply within 24 hours. The rep was super helpful, and when we concluded that I wouldn’t be able to fix my issue, he promptly sent me a new unit-over the weekend and with 2-day delivery! He was responding to my emails on the 4th of July as well as the Saturday and Sunday of the holiday weekend. Incredible. I’m sold on the products and the company.

These Work Great
First off is that you need a 2.4ghz router for the HUB if you buy that. The bluetooth on these works very good. My sensors are no more than 30 feet from my house. I breed exotic tortoises and need accuracy for their eggs in the incubator as well as in their outdoor enclosures. I love that you can set an alert for hi and lo temps and humidity. I wanted to the option to be able to see temps from anywhere so I ordered the HUB. It was not compatible with my 5ghz router. There is a way to split the signal on these routers, but I dont know how. I ordered a cheap $25 2.4 ghz router and hooked that up in my house. It connected to the hub with no problem. Now I can see all four of my sensors from anywhere. I also tested these against some other thermometers in my incubator. These were all within a couple of tenths of a degree of each other. Overall I think these are very good for many different uses.

Top notch customer service.
I like the graphs with the coordinate line for precision time vs temp measurement. More importantly, the customer service is fantastic. My sensor stopped working after about a month of use. I contacted customer service via the product app and simply stated that it wasn’t working. They sent a quick troubleshooting guide via email and I found that the battery was dead. The battery should have lasted 1-2 years. Without any other questions, they sent a new sensor in case there was a hardware failure and I had it the next day.

Sensor is accurate. Setup was simple and app is well done.No need to create an account to use it for a single sensor!Very happy to support US tech.

Should be half the cost
-1 one star for too expensive. Have 2 now; bought the other on eBay for less. Like the accuracy and software. Have one outside in a custom made cylinder that is protected from the sun all day. The other is in the garage. 6 months in and battery life is holding up as advertised so far. Purchased the wifi base unit separately as well as Amazon wants DOUBLE what you can find elsewhere.

Works Great Outdoors
Been using this Temp and Humidity Sensor for a while now. I use it traveling with our RV trailer so I know the weather conditions outside. When not traveling, I also use it for inside temperatures in our stand alone shop. Never have had any connection issues.Somehow I lost the battery door, and I emailed the supplier and the replace the door at no charge.Plus Made in the USA

A company with a truly excellent after sales service!After realising data had stopped downloading this summer from the HT.w SensorPush I bought 3 years ago, neither a battery change nor any other step I tried would reconnect it to my app. No problem – an email to Sensor Push was answered the next day with helpful suggestions and an assurance they would replace it if those did not solve the issue. Despite residing in Europe, only 10 days later the replacement has arrived from the USA and is up and running.Perfect!

This sensor has been hanging off the outside of my camera bag or EDC bag, with me every single day for the last five years. I’ve only had the replace the surprisingly thick coin battery once since getting it. Finding the right battery may not be trivial as it is not a common size. Seems accurate and love the functionality of the iPhone app, being able to track and graph inside and outside temperatures over time. The durability has been impressive!

On est très satisfait du produit. On met l’appli, on met le boîtier ou on veut et on retrouve sur l’appli une courbe de température et une d’humidité. Fonctionne en Bluetooth mais l’appareil peut garder une vingtaine de jour les données en mémoire pour les Rapatrier dans le téléphone si vous n’étiez pas à côté. Mesures très précises !
