The fan is an amazing product. They were so simple to assemble and very easy to wire up. The instructions are very thorough and easy to follow. I had an issue with one of the led lights, contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement part in a couple days. Tiffany from customer support was very helpful and very nice always keeping me updated on my delivery and followed thru even after it was delivered to make sure everything was in working order.Thanks again Tiffany for your help and thanks to Sunmory for the awesome product!

Good fan for a excellent price
Very good fan! After about a month of having it the receiver in one of our fans stopped working. I reached out to sunmory and kylin responded and told me to check a few things but that didnt work so they almost immediately sent us out a new receiver, remote, and light. I received it a few days later change the receiver and connected the new remote and it’s good as new. So if your fan stops working reach out to them. They even reached out later cause they saw it was delivered and they just wanted to check if its working! They are very good to work with!

Great fan super quiet, there was an abnormal issue with the receiver and the remote but the customer service was great and quick to resolve the issue, excellent customer service, I will be purchasing more summary fans for the rest of my house.

Connecting your Phone app to the Fan & Light unit.
It was easy to install the fan and with the remote controller I was able to turn on the fan and make changes to the light setting and operate the fan. The remote controller was the only devise that could operate the unit to turn on & off, or changing the fan speed, the direction of rotation, Light control, etc. If you misplaced or lost the remote controller the Fan & light unit can not be operated because there is no switch on the fan unit. I am told the Fan unit can not have two remote controllers. It is essential therefore the Fan & light unit be connected to the Phone app. The instruction to connect to the phone app in the manual did not help me to connect. I contacted “Sunmory”Customer service by email and Connie was very help full to connect the phone after several attempts. The following method finally connected to my phone app. 1. After installing the “FanLight Pro” app, name your Fan, etc. before the final step, turn on the light with the remote. 2. turn off the power to the unit with a wall switch or the house tripswitch that supplies power to the fan unit. 3. after some time turn on the power back on to the fan unit ( the light should come back on) and within 5 sec. after the power was turned on press the Bluetooth connection button on the “FanLight Pro” app as shown on the instruction. This method finally connected my phone to the fan unit and I am able to operate the fan unit with my phone and the remote. Good luck.

Powerful fan!
I was very impressed with this fan.. very decent priced and really easy to install. The fan is very powerful for being a smaller, lighter fan, and the lights are very bright. I’d definitely purchase again in the future for my other rooms.

Works great but the remote is confusing
The fan was easy to install and has lots of features. The remote is a bit confusing but the phone app makes it much easier. Please know that the fan on the lowest speed is a bit faster than other fans b
