Good on so many levels
Absolutely love this power strip! It has 6 outlets that are easy to use and designed for average-sized cords. I think it’s a great value for money because you get a good power strip, can monitor consumption per outlet, and remotely turn on and off each one from the app, which works very well. Unlike some other power strips, this one doesn’t have a buzzing noise

Really awesome value
As others have stated, this power strip is quite large. But in some ways that has its advantages. The plug spacing accommodates medium/small DC adapters, there are three USB-A charging ports, and each outlet has a dedicated on/off switch.I paired mine through Home Assistant and have tried both the Matter and Tapo integration. Matter works great for me with absolutely no issues. The Tapo integration also worked well and works even when you disable cloud integration to the device (I blocked the power strip from access the internet). Entities are organized better in Home Assistant using the Tapo integration but I ended up sticking with Matter as I did not want to rely on a third-party integration that may or may not be maintained long term. The good news is that with the latest firmware as of October 2025, all power monitoring features were accessible and usable via Home Assistant. The refresh intervals are about 2-3 seconds apart vs some other smart plugs I have that a roughly one second interval but it still suits my needs.I was really hoping there might be a way to independently manage each USB port’s power but unfortunately that does not seem to exist. The USB ports are powered 100% of the time that the power strip is turned on.The power strip’s main power switch is a physical toggle that can not be remotely controlled. This is not a problem for me but might be for others.Overall, I highly recommend it and believe it is a surprisingly good value considering have multiple separate smart plugs cost much more than this. Especially if you get it on sale for about $40.

Good but angled plug-in
Great, works well. It’s very easy to setup and connect to your devices.Issues: it has a weak receiver so it shows WiFi as a weak signal without being very far from router. And my biggest issue is that the plug in is at an angle which can be helpful… but the angle I need it in is the opposite, so I lose length of the extension cord.

Works well with tapo app. Requires wifi
No issues so far. Each outlet can be controlled via tapo app. Would be nice if USB outlets could be shut off, or if the entire strip could be shut off with one button in tapo, but only the individual 120v outlets can be controlled. We use in our RV to save battery power when boondocking. Note that it requires WiFi to work. No way I’ve found to connect it to bluetooth so that i could plug my router into one of the outlets and turn that on and off. Off works fine, but then you have to manually turn that outlet on so that the router comes up and you have control over the outlets again.

Only thing I can ask for is a cheaper price, but I won’t take a star away for that.
This is a bigger power strip than it looks, so get the measurements before you buy. Otherwise, this works as I need it to, I can control each individual outlet, I can schedule them to turn off and on. I can create custom actions. If you’ve used the Tapo smart plugs before, then this is basically just a bigger version of that. The strip is well built and beefy. Only thing I can ask for is a cheaper price, but I won’t take a star away for that.

Work great. Exactly the functionality I wanted
I’ve bought a couple of these now. I really like the individual outlet control and the power measurement functionality. The fact that they provide surge suppression is a plus. They compare favorably with the kasa power strip.

Several Wi-Fi outlets in one for easy home automation
I have used this item for a couple of weeks now. The setup was a breeze – I used the matter code to link to to Google Home and Apple Home kit (as this is the easiest way to add matter-compatible device to work with Apple), and also added it to the Tapo app. An added bonus is the ability to see the energy and power use in the Tapo app. A few weird quirks – in Apple Home the number of the outlet is not the same as the number in Google Home or in the Tapo App. Even worse in Google Home: There are two sets of outlets: Smart Wi-Fi Power Strip (1-6) and 7-12. Only the first set can be toggled on and off. I probably should take half or a star off but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The USB ports work as expected; I wish there was a USB-C port, though. Overall, a good buy.

Great way to remotely switch on/off and monitoring consumption
If you are wondering which should you get between Tapo P125m and this one, get this one if you want to monitor how much power a certain gadget consumes. The App allows you to switch on/off, and see the power consumption chart one by one (6 plugs).Get Tapo P125m if you don’t mind see the power consumption of your connected gadget. It just works great for remotely switching on/off.

Product received was defective and did not work. Contacted the seller who continuously replied with comments that had nothing to do with my question and is asking me to pay for the return shipping on a defective item!
