Excellent Lock
This is a well-built lock that’s remarkably easy to install. While the initial setup was a bit challenging due to struggling Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections, persistence paid off, and the lock now works flawlessly.A major highlight is its seamless integration with Home Assistant, where it functions without any issues. The process of setting up fingerprints and adding new users is also very easy. The lock’s adaptability was impressive; it successfully bound and worked on an outward-opening door, even with the sensor mounted on the outside frame.For remote access, you will need to purchase the Bridge, but its setup was straightforward after the initial installation. The only significant hurdle was the instructions, which were a little unclear. However, customer service was quick and effective in guiding me to a solution.

Ultraloq smart lock is a “SHORE” thing!
It’s a “shore” thing! The sea salt, sun nor sunscreened fingertips stop this smart lock from working.I purchased my first Ultraloq Pro lock in 2021. It was purchased for the front door of my beach home with the intent on making it easier for service people to come and go. That it did. However I have to admit I did have some troubles with it. About a month after I purchased the lock it stopped unlocking and/or would get jammed. . I knew it was installed correctly as I had hired a locksmith to professionally install it (not necessary though). Even after troubleshooting using the app support and the manual The lock would not work. I called customer service and they willingly worked with me and concluded that I needed a replacement part (which they mailed out immediately). Since then, that lock has worked like a charm and I’ve purchased two others, one for my back door and one for my storage shed.My family LOVES our Ultraloq smart locks and so do I! Of course I love them for the usual reasons such as, fingerprint recognition, not having to dig out keys, having the peace of mind that it locks up if I or someone else forgets to lock up because we may have our hands full etc.,being able to make temporary users for when no is at home but service people still need to get in (you can also give the temp users a set schedule when their codes work and how many times they can use their codes with set times and dates).But, most of all, I LOVE these locks for their durability at the beach. Anyone who owns a home on our near the beach knows that the salt air and high sun rays destroys everything. It either rusts it or dries it out. Even stainless steel, marine quality products have been destroyed by the beach elements. These locks, however have still held up. My front door lock is 4 years old and still going strong. No signs if corrosion, rust, or weakening of the interior or exterior components of the lock! It even works with sunscreened fingertips! Yahoo!Even the Ultraloq on my storage shed, which is out in the direct sunlight and elements is working great! On my storage shed it gives me a piece of mind that the bikes, beach chairs and water toys are locked up and safe!If you want to hit the beach and enjoy the sun, sand and surf with no worries, this is the smart lock for you! The perfect beach house addition! I’ll keep you updated as I will be purchasing these locks for my permanent residence soon.

Amazing
Love this lock. I had to replace a kwikset that kept catching and wouldn’t lock as intended. This lock has been amazing. It was super easy to install, setup the app, fingerprints, codes and location unlock. It works amazing and is not loud like some others. The fingerprint works flawlessly and the location works amazingly well. It’s so nice to get home and as I get close to the door it automatically unlocks so I don’t have to mess with it while my hands are full. The log is amazing as well so I can see by who and when the door was unlocked. Auto lock is great since we tend to not lock it after we get home. You can set it for any amount of time you’d like after the door is closed. The app works great, as does connecting it to Apple Home kit. I’m so glad I made this purchase as I had a few in the cart to compare.

It works well but buy the protection plan
Like:Very quick and easy installation.Simple setup on my phone.Works well over WiFiLong battery lifeThe locking mechanism lasted two years.Dislike:The shake option seemed to sporadically work.When using antilock it doesn’t sense when door isn’t fully in the jamb and attempts to lock eventhough the door isn’t closed.The mechanism doesn’t fully extend anymore and requires multiple lock presses on the button to fully extend the bolt.Not sure how to get support as I like the product but I don’t know where to take it to get it fixed or is it cheaper to buy a replacement.

More versatile and much cheaper than a Level lock but doesn’t look as nice
This was easy to install and easy to set up. It looks better than most of the older smart locks but not as nice as a Level lock. I think it looks better than the similar Philips lock. It is so similar to the Philips lock that I am guessing they use the same chipset.The nice thing about this is there are many ways to open it….quick fingerprint reader, punching in a code or with your cell phone. You can go to the app and unlock it, but better yet, you can program so it unlocks when your cellphone is near. After you lock it, there is a delay so that it does not immediately open again.The app is pretty good but it does take a little playing around with it to figure how to program the lock. Once you do, you can program the fingerprint reader, unlock code and the auto lock and unlock.You can program different codes and have fingerprint for numerous people.

Remotely unlocks in an instant!
This door lock is amazing! It was easy to install and works perfectly! I was able to instantly unlock the door for someone at my house when I was at work. If you install the door-closed sensor, it automatically locks back after 30 seconds which is super handy! And programming an access code and fingerprints for multiple family members was also quick and easy. I was concerned about the security and capability of this, but research showed it was safer than traditional locks. Highly recommend!

Not yet installed, but i have an older version, that works well in our rental business. My comment about the product is only the battery status, in the apps it shows only the high, medium and low. May be in the future they can make battery status in percentage data. But dont worry i have smart thing that shows percentage value of the battery. Highly recommended.

Great lock, easy to install and instructions are very clear. Simple tools only needed to install. You must have a deadbolt that turns freely. If you have to pull or push the door to latch your deadbolt, you will need to modify the hole until the deadbolt turns freely. Then this lock will install in a few minutes. The app could be better for a home with multiple locks. There is no way to transfer users from one lock to the other so users have to be set up individually for each lock. Not a dealbreaker but a pain. The fingerprint feature works really well, faster and easier than using the pin plus enter button. Auto lock feature is nice with adjustable timer. On your main door that you go in and out all day, set a routine in Alexa to lock it at a certain time if you don’t want to unlock it every time during the day.
