Veise excellent product and customer service
My Veise front door lock looks rich and adds to the look of the house. The installation was easy. We had a small problem with the keypad but Nicole in customer service was excellent. She was patient and worked with us to try to fix the issue. When all efforts failed she promptly arranged to ship us a replacement keypad which arrived the next day. I applaud Nicole’s supervisor who had the talent to hire and train her. Veise will be my first choice for locks because of Nicole’s outstanding efforts to help us resolve an issue.

I purchased this Veise Smart Front Door Lock Set to upgrade my home’s security, and I’m extremely impressed with both the design and functionality. The installation was straightforward, it came with clear instructions, and I was able to install it myself in less than 30 minutes using basic tools. The app setup was just as easy and connected smoothly to my phone.The matte black finish looks beautiful and modern, it adds a premium touch to the front door. I love having multiple entry options: I can unlock it using the keypad, app, key fob, or traditional key, which gives me flexibility depending on the situation. Worked for 6 months – Issues with handle not working UPDATE
UPDATE: 2 stars to 4 stars. I messaged Veise with an email and a screenshot of my purchase. They asked if I had tried some of the help page resolutions, and I had, so they sent a replacement unit immediately, and no charges to me. I hope this new one lasts. I appreciate their NO BS approach to helping their customers.9 months of use…. The item worked pretty well for 6 months after a lot of installation and tinkering was required. At 6 months, it started to have issues with the thumb lever on the outside, getting stuck or being impossible to push down. It also started to jam up on the inside, where the handle would not rotate and engage the latch enough to open the door. I have taken it apart now 5 times to oil, maintain, and tighten the inner parts.BREAKDOWN – The inside mechanical parts between the handles end up bending if you need to tighten the inner handle long screws to keep them from rotating from multiple twists of the inner handle. A rubber gasket might help for the newer construction, thin metal doors.The electronic lock>>>>> Why you might have purchased it to begin with. BIG warning. You have to have zero resistance on the deadbolt, or the bolt will not slide in or out electronically. It will work if you manually unlock. I had to grind on the striker plate and make new holes in the frame to adjust where the striker and deadbolt align. I did get it working after an hour of tinkering.Most features work okay, including the fobs. I like giving temporary or designated codes with approved times to neighbors or vendors, then tracking usage.Strange feature.. “Auto Lock” setting…. will end up going off every 5 minutes and making the noise. It’s not sitting quietly processing whether or not it’s locking; it actually is locking itself at whatever interval you set it to. Stange.

I am loving this Smart Front Door Lock Set. Installation was simple and quick, programing was easy and the video was helpful as well. Aaron at Customer Service was most knowledgeable and helpful. I thought he was the inventor because he was so well versed on the product. 100% would recommend this Veise VE06-H Smart Front Door Lock Set.

Excellent purchase so far (2 months later)
Easy to install, just follow the directions. The only complaint, which is on me, is the hole before was round, the knob area is square, so that looks a little weird, other than that, great product.

I’m really glad that I purchased this! It’s so easy to use. It’s really neat how you can also download the app and unlock your door straight from your app! The best part is that it’s really affordable and it looks so fancy! The only thing that I don’t know how to do is lock the door from my phone, but other than that, it’s really nice and it comes two key fobs! It took my husband 30 minutes to install it. It was so fast! I highly recommend it.
