Poor product
Bought this item for a birthday gift for my sister. She use it for the first time on Christmas and the second time she used it the Hot Pot side didn’t work anymore but the grill side still works. What a disappointment!!!!! Don’t recommend this product at all.

ok so I got this for my boyfriend and we really really like it. so far haven’t had any complaints or issues with it! perfect for 2-3 people and really easy to use. takes a lot of power so it did cause a shortage until we plugged it in another wall, so be careful! totally worth it though

Came in with scrubbing scratches
Product is big and look really legit at first but I start to see some scratches on the bottom and around the pot. It appears like scratches when you clean it. The light hotpot and barbecue’s light also look it it have been used. I have to return it.

Item overheats and melts cord
Beautiful design, wonderful non-stick. But after the first use it melted the plug into the wall. Assuming it was a flaw in the cord I got another one. This time the plug melted into the unit. Too many watts for the power cord to handle. Very disappointing and dangerous
