Pot stopped working in the middle of our dinner
Have used the pot twice, then stopped working the 3rd time in the middle of our dinner. The customer service sent us a 2nd pot that stopped working again in the middle of our 2nd use. We would not recommend buying this pot.Fortunately the customer service was helpful and gave us a refund.

Great, I used it for hot pot and to cook regular food one kid has allergies and one doesn’t it works great, as for the soup dont full it up too much it splashes over for allergy purposes but it’s great for regularly use.

Wonderful way to make a quick healthy meal!
Looking for something new to try for dinners at home. Bought this and made our first Korean Hot Pot meal, lots of veggies and thinly sliced meats, with a broth did not think my grandkids would eat it, they love it and ask to have it at least twice a week! It heats up so quickly making it a quick easy meal to prepare. We put udon noodles in one side with the broth, and tried Raman another meal. Such a great way to make quick easy healthy meals!

We absolutely love this hot pot! It’s so versatile! Grill on one side, soup stock on the other or oil. Works like a charm and it gets hot! Love the inside divider. I highly recommend getting this if you want hot pot for up to 8 people. It’s large and does the job well!

We enjoyed using this product for hotpot, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just one use. This was very disappointing, and we’re currently waiting for a response from the manufacturer. If they don’t resolve the issue, it will feel like a complete waste of money

This is a great hot pot. I love that it’s divided in half so you have 2 separate recipes going at the same time. It’s nonstick so very easy to clean. It heats up quickly and is so easy to use. I recommend this!

This electric hot pot works really well and my family enjoyed being able to cook hotpot at home with this. The divided design was handy for cooking two soup bases at once, and the 6L size worked well for six people. It heats evenly and quickly, and the non-stick surface makes cleanup easier, though I’d avoid anything too abrasive. Adjusting the temperature is simple, but it does take some practice to get it just right. It’s great for occasional hot pot nights, especially if you like variety.

I was really looking forward to this but would only recommend if you are patient and are only cooking for 2.Pros:- It works and the pot inside is nonstick- The handle for the lid might be the best part as it doesn’t get hot so you can easily remove the lid when the pot is boiling.- Has a dial for heat settingCons:- Takes a really long time to heat up. The water won’t boil unless the lid is on, which is inconvenient.- The pot does not separate from the heating function, so you have to wash the whole thing while trying to avoid the electrical components. Only the wire can be removed.- The divider can’t be removed, makes cleaning a lot harder- We maxed the heat and didn’t ever turn it down since it never got super hot.- Although the handle is nice and long for the lid, you can’t store the lid upside down in the pot, so the whole unit when stored takes a bit more space.
