What if my iPhone/Apple Watch/AirPods heat up during charging?
Your device(s) may warm up slightly during wireless charging, but should not get too hot. To prevent overheating, avoid using protective cases thicker than 2 mm and keep metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets away from the charger.
What if the charging is slow?
1.It normally takes 3-4 hours to fully charge the device
2.Avoid placing metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your devices, as they can cause high temperatures and slow down charging.
What if my Phone is not Charging?
1.Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
2.Check that the case is not too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.
3.Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.
4.Unplug and replug the charging adapter after a few seconds.
What if my AirPods is not charging?
1.Check your AirPods package or order to ensure your AirPods support wireless charging.
2.AirPods 3rd gen or AirPods Pro with MagSafe cases are compatible.
3.1st/2nd/3rd gen AirPods with Lightning cases are not compatible.
What if my watch is not charging?
1.Unplug the charging adapter and plug it back in after a few second
2.Update watch software through the Watch app on the Phone> General > Software Update.

This is a good product. charges all my devices quickly! ive tried alot of charging stattions and usually there is at least one of my devices it doesnt charge. this one charges all three. and i also like that you can turn off the 3 charging lights in the corner.

Good product
Works well, extremely easy set up right out of the box, and gives my daughter one place to store all of her electronics that is not in her bed or on random counters. We use her Apple Watch to monitor her heart rate due to chronic illness, and this charges it quickly and reliably.

Great Wireless Charger!
I love this wireless charging station. It works great, is pretty fast, and I can save space by not having so many cords! The nightlight is just enough brightness that it doesn’t interfere with sleep! The blue color is gorgeous!

Not bad like the multiple charge point
Seems like very good quality I love that it has the multiple charging layers. Only problem I faced is the phone pad didn’t work for my 17 promax tried it with and without the case. I think iPhone updated where the charge circle is and the phone just doesn’t sit in the correct spot. But the watch and headphone charger is cool and seemed to work well. Design is pretty good wish it would work for my phone but I guess it’s to knew

Super compact for travel
I’ve had this for a long time now and it’s still my man charger. Allows my phone and watch to charge to full battery with no additional cables. Design is super simple. You can lay down or stand up. Super compact and great to travel with and takes up no space at all. So far no quality issues.

Handy one spot charger
This charger does it all. I think my AirPods are a bit older because it dings constantly throughout the night even when I try to move it around. I bump my watch off the stand from time to time too. But charges everything.

the charger is good overall , but the magnetic pads are so weak , it is common that the phone can slip away easily , it’s good thing when you pick it up with no resistence , but bad thing otherwise..I think it is over prices a bit also ..
