Decent replacement for a Blink mount; confusing instructions
I’m giving this three stars because it works well it does what – it says it’s going to do. It absolutely replaces a Blink camera mount. I used it for my Blink Outdoor 4 cameras and it’s basically of the same quality and build as the mounts that come with them. It does stick out quite a bit further, so it will give you a little bit more distance from whatever structure you have your camera mounted on. That could be a good or bad, so just keep that in mind. I am hard on these and so far this replacement has lasted longer than the original. The instructions are very confusing, though. I don’t even usually need instructions for something that doesn’t do internal combustion, but I couldn’t figure them out and to be honest I’m not sure that I have it put together correct even now, but it is where it is and my camera is mounted. When I have to replace the batteries next, we will see how it goes. I might update this review up or down, depending.

Does not fit Blink properly. Difficult to snap on the Blink adapter
This Non Blink product does not work well using adapters to snap on to Blink products. They just made an existing threaded product work with Blink by giving you snap on adapters that are difficult to snap on up on a ladder.

The backing snaps in easily unlike the original mount. That takes forever to snap in.
