What should I do if I don’t know if my WiFi is 5G or 2.4G?
The camera only works with 2.4Ghz WiFi Frequency, different from 5G LTE network. Please check in router settings. Setup: 1)Press the POW button for 10S; 2) Press the Reset button for 10s to enter setup mode; 3) Follow app instructions and connect.
Do you have to subscribe to the cloud to use the app and wireless camera?
No, cloud storage is an optional feature for those who prefer it. If you don’t want to pay extra, we recommend using an SD card for longer recording times. The cameras for home security supports up to a 128GB micro SD card.
What should I notice during connecting?
1. 2.4GHz WiFi only; 5GHz is not supported.
2. Put the camera in an area with a strong WiFi signal.
3. Ensure the light flashes red and blue before scanning the code.
4. Check that the password is correct and contains no spaces.
Why does my camera’s light not turn on when it detects motion?
Intelligent Light: Default mode-switches to color when motion is detected at night (if battery>20%).
All Off Mode-Recommended for well-lit areas where night vision is not needed.
What can I do if my camera won’t hold a charge or the battery drains quickly?
To improve battery life, adjust the sensitivity to reduce false alarms and enable power-saving mode. Place the camera in ample sunlight and keep the solar panel clean and unobstructed for consistent charging.

Amazing Product! 10 stars!
After having a few drunk college kids hop my fence the police said in order to press charges you need proof and recommended a camera to capture the act of trespassing. This little camera is incredible especially for the price. The app is free and easy. It notifies me if there is movement in my backyard. You can set it to not alert you for critters just people. The video is so clear. This is the best purchase I have made ever!!! I’ve had it for a week now so can’t speak to the durability but very impressed so far. Set up was simple, took me 30 minutes max to connect to app and mount the camera.

Quality!
I saw on the ad that this is a frequently returned item. I thought for $20 it was worth a try. I’m absolutely impressed with it. Great quality in the video. I just ordered another one and will be replacing my ring cameras. You can either use a sd card or subscribe to cloud service. I subscribed. Attached are pics of daytime and nighttime so you can see the quality.

Good for the price
The security camera light combo has been serving. Its purpose seems to be working quite well. Only downfall that I have found is that you have to either manually turn the light on or turn it off night mode. Other than that, it’s been great. Video recording seems to be good. Definitely good value for the money. I have a 128 gig storage card in it so storage capacity is not an issue plus they have cloud service a little bit of a lag from when someone comes in front to when it gets to you but that could be just my internet. Angle of view seems to be just fine as well

Cinnado 2.4ghz outdoor light and camera
I got these since they were affordable. Someone needed a light and I found these but since they also have a camera they were just what I was looking for. I got them installed and like the simple clean app. I did have to charge the cameras at the beginning since they needed charging. They do come with a USB c cable so it was nice to see the USB c. I do hope they can also update these with 5ghz and not just 2.4ghz. I would also suggest a security mechanism.

Exceeding my expectations
I wasn’t expecting much from this product since it was only $20 but I was incredibly surprised. The picture quality is amazing day and night. Everything is sharp and clear. The sound quality was perfect and you are able to hear things from a far distance. With good WiFi there is no lag. I would move and instantly the image will move. I installed a memory card for video recording and now I capture and watch the critters around. The solar works even when it’s cloudy and charges the battery fast.I a so satisfied with my purchase that I have ordered and installed another one. Especially for the price I will be getting more for around my property.

Great camera and great buy!!!
This is a great camera!!!! Easy to install too. I bought the 128g SD card separate to install so no subscription.I had to get on internet app for my internet to turn on the 2.4 and turn off the 5G for a min while I connected it and then turn 5G back on. I learned something new!!!I have 4 cameras from this brand at my house and 2 at my dad’s house on subscription across the country. I can monitor all of them from one app.!!!

I have 3link, Reolink, Easeecloud ,cloudplus and more. This camera and light are great. Only 4 stars because recording to sdcard ( no subscription) is only 10secs. Great app. Great cam. Easier to mount than most

Juni bestellt und nutze sie seitdem täglich.Die Installation war unkompliziert und die Verbindung klappte sofort.Besonders gefällt mir, dass die Solarpanels auch bei wechselhaftem Wetter zuverlässig laden – die Akkus waren bisher nie leer.Die Bildqualität ist tagsüber sehr klar, und auch nachts liefert die Kamera gute Aufnahmen. Bewegungserkennung funktioniert zuverlässig und die App ist leicht zu bedienen. Die Verarbeitung macht einen stabilen, hochwertigen Eindruck.Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Kameras definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Je cherchais une caméra pour mettre à l’extérieur mais n’ayant pas de prise de courant à proximité, il me fallait une caméra sur batterie. Mieux encore, celle-ci est sur batterie mais possède aussi un panneau solaire qui la rend complètement autonome.Ayant déjà des caméras Cinnado dont je suis très satisfait, je reste sur la même marque comme ça toutes mes caméras sont accessibles depuis la même application.La configuration s’est faite en seulement quelques minutes. L’image est de très bonne qualité, tout comme le son capturé.Pour la nuit, on peut régler sur 2 modes, soit allumer l’éclairage à la détection de mouvement grâce au détecteur de mouvement intégré ou bien le mode infrarouge. Personnellement, j’utilise le mode infrarouge qui fonctionne très bien.L’application Wansview Cloud est très ergonomique : elle est rapide à se lancer, fluide, et bien traduite. La connexion aux flux des caméras est très rapide.Vous pouvez accéder à vos caméras de n’importe où, sans avoir à effectuer de paramétrages compliqués sur votre routeur.Il y a aussi une application Windows (disponible sur le Store), ce qui permet aussi de visualiser ses caméras sur ordinateur.

Je vais renvoyer cette caméra Cinnado surveillance wifi sans fil. Pourquoi ? Par ce qu’ils demandent toutes les données carte de banque y compris les chiffres secret et tout ça pour downloader le programme pour connecter votre GSM. OK pour un achat sécurisé mais pas pour ça. Met alle Chinesen mor ni met den deze !Ils annoncent bien qu’ils ne vont rien retirer mais qu’elle est ma garantie après avoir tout donné ???Je voudrais indiquer aucune étoile mais alors ce message ne passerait pas !!!

I bought this light as a security light and camera to go over my garage door. Set up is really easy with the app – just scan the QR code with the device camera and it’s ready to go really quickly. Installation is easy – four holes and there’s a template that comes in the box if you need it.The motion detection range is impressive – it picks up our car from the end of the drive way when you get back. The light us bright enough to be useful and a bit of a deterrent – it’s not as bright as some, but then it’s a rechargeable device and doesn’t need to be super-bright.Camera quality is excellent and there are plenty of options in the app for controlling detection and alerting. All in all, a good product.
