Great resistance bands, if you don’t mind the thinness
These are good quality resistance bands that are both cute and have a good range of resistances. The only downsides are:1) the smell is a bit strong initially2) they are thin, so they can tend to roll for some exercises

I’ve had these for a while now, and they’ve become a big part of my life. As someone who’s been dealing with injuries all year, these have been crucial to helping me recover my knees and ankles. I’ve been using them for stretching, hip strengthening, and mobility multiple times per week and haven’t seen any signs or snapping or decline in the resistance yet. For the price, quality, and varying levels of resistance, these have to be unbeatable. I’ve even seen them in a couple gyms I’ve been to which makes me think they’re somehow more credible? Overall, I’ve been really satisfied with these and I will continue to use them until they snap and hit me in the face!

Great bands and cool color scheme
Really love these bands and the color scheme! There is a lot of variance between the different bands. The dark one is the toughest band I’ve used. The pink one is extremely stretchy. Generally I use the one right in the middle for most stretches. I like that it comes with good instructions on different stretches to do and a bag for carrying, it’s very useful.

Storage Bag Not As Pictured & Broke Day 1
These bands are good, yet they roll during any small pulsing movements, but for good stretches they work great. The storage bag is not the color, size, nor the quality shown in the pictures for all color combinations shown on Amazon. In fact, the storage bag has no toggle, is thin fake satin, and broke on day one…it is cheap garbage and barely fits all the bands…disappointed.

Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas.Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Absolutely love them. They offer so many different strengths for various excersises. Just watch out for sellers other than Fit Simplify. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them.The first order I did was a fake bands with no logos on them. And after noticing that under same listing was 2 different sellers..one was ZHRETAIL and other was Fit Simplify. And the bands from Fit Simplify have so much more density and they are thicker and not so flimsy like the other ones. The fake ones are thin and shiny but the original ones are almost matt.The other seller seems to have disappeared from the same listing now after I sent them an email saying they are selling fake product under the exact same description. Facebook and Instagram have lots of videos and ideas how to use them
