This is a great product. We’ve used it a couple times, and its big enough to have 2 different packs of hot pot broth, 1 in each side. Each side holds around 7 cups of water and the hot pot soup packs usually require 6. When its just us 2 people eating, we divide the hot pot soup base pack in two and use 3 cups of water on each side. Then we can add more water and different ingredients to have our own choice of acupuncture, for example I love adding a ton of raw garlic to mine and he likes his more spicy. So we can customize our own sides easily.Its easy to clean, nothing sticks to the pot itself, and easy to adjust the temps for it. It heats up quickly and stays boiling.

My son has been begging for me to buy this and it did not disappoint! I ordered the soup base also he had so much fun chopping the food up and the meat we went to the meat section in HEB (Texas) and they sliced it small for us at the Deli and the steak counter. we have used this item eversince it was delivered. I may have to buy another one. My son wants to have a famity dinner he will prepare. Now it is small (just right for us) no noise except for the food cooking, it is easy to use, I do all the unplugging and washing. Be careful the hot soup can burn.

Works really well! I’ve had no issues and I use it pretty much weekly. I kind of wish the pot was removable from the unit but I still really like it. The cord is reasonably long. It heats up pretty fast. It’s soup capacity is perfect for about 4 people

Defective hotpot with water spillage!!!
What a mess! Just opened the box today to set up according to instruction manual. Washed the hotpot gently with soft sponge and wiped with dry cloth after rinsing with sponge. Then proceeded to do the water test and made sure the plug was tightly screwed on before turning on power. Filled the hotpot 2/3 of the way on both halves. Turned on the power and immediately noticed pooling of water on the mat, counter where the hotpot had been placed. Lots of water and I had to work quickly to unplug the power before pouring out remaining water. Noticed side of hotpot was scraped protective lining for the rim looked ripped up and figured it was a return item but decided to keep it if it worked. BUT it leaked horribly. What happened to quality control? I hope I just got a defective one because Imlike the “ small” size for a small household. What a shame! I bought over $100 worth of hotpot cooking ingredients from an Asian market just for the purpose of tying out this new hotpot. Unfortunately, I don’t have room in my freezer for the expensive meat and seafood items. So I will have to cook them with the good old fashioned method – stovetop! While I stand there watching ingredients for doneness. Very disappointed customer! I don’t usually have such bad quality with an item bought from Amazon ( I have been an Amazon customer from the 1990s, an early adoptee of Amazon way of shopping).

I lived in China for 5 years….and there was no way in hell that I wouldn’t continue eating Hotspot…so I bought this electric Hotspot to continue eating delicious food. Works great! Easy to clean and easy to operate! Love it

The capacity for this hotpot is good for up to 6 peoples, power cord is quite long (that is a plus). The non-stick coating is a game changer, a quick soak and wipe are usually all it takes.
