This resistance band set is exactly as described and is a great way to work out! Now for my honest disclosure… sadly I’m truly out of shape and remain using the band with the least amount of resistance… but just give me time and I look forward to getting stronger! They’re fine albeit a little flimsy. They turn and bunch up when working out. However, they are still sturdy enough to challenge the muscles. So not entirely a bad purchase.
