I’m very happy with this product; it’s innovative.
This GoWISE Deluxe Air Fryer Oven is amazing! The 12.7-quart capacity is perfect for family meals, and the 15-in-1 functions make it incredibly versatile — I’ve used it for air frying, baking, dehydrating, and even rotisserie chicken. The digital controls are easy to use, and the results come out crispy and evenly cooked every time. Cleaning is simple with the removable parts, and the included accessories and 50 recipe book are a great bonus. It looks sleek on the counter and saves so much cooking time. Highly recommended for anyone who loves convenient, healthy cooking.

Second one and happy with it
We had one for five years and it died. We thought we would upgrade but didn’t like the option we found and reordered this one.The presets are nice as a suggestion but also adjustable for time and temperature. There is a fully manual option as well for following recipes from outside sources. We prefer the racks. We have used baskets but this style cooks more volume. I rotate the trays if cooking two at the same time.We would probably buy another one of these even if this one only lasted five years.

    Convenient
Works good. I definitely would buy this brand again. It’s bigger than last GoWise airfryer. It lasted 3yrs which much expected for a conventional cooker. Also few more buttons to press and a lot heavier. It also overheats the house like the last one.

Great appliance marred by a so-so user interface.
We’ve had this for about 2 weeks now. Got it to replace a smaller basket-style, that just wasn’t big enough for us.We did the “heat it up to get rid of the smell” step, and honestly have had no issues with a plastic or burning smell. The accessories are great! Used the rectangle basket for chicken wings, the “bingo ball” basket for fries, made some jerky… and we’re going to try the skewers soon. The capacity is perfect for two people, though if you’re going to rotisserie a chicken, you’ll want a smaller one.Everything has been great, it works well, display is easy to see, it vents well, cleans easily… all top-notch.Except the controls. Man they are not great, there is a lot of beeping, time adjustment is not intuitive with how it switches from hours to minutes, you have to press the Manual button and work through ALL of the pre-sets (rather than just choosing the pre-set), and you cannot adjust the temp or time if you choose the dehydrator setting. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it is pretty annoying, especially if you go past your preset and have to start all over.It works great, and we’re really happy to have it and it is useful, but dang… that control interface is just so… 70s.

Versatile well-designed oven & accessories with enormous potential
My first attempt with an air fryer. I wanted something big because most of them looked like they were very small and could not handle large meals or cooking for a full week’s worth of meals. One of the first things I wanted to try was to cook (air fry) bacon. This baby will do a full pound of thick sliced bacon with ease. I used the two shallow mesh trays and then just switched them out about ½ way through. The top of the oven is definitely a hot spot so if you fill it up, you’ll need to adjust expectations to keep from burning. Don’t forget to save the grease in the bottom pan so you can fry your eggs in it later!I found that the cook times in the recipe book were no-where near where they needed to be, too low. The user’s manual has a more useful guide IMHO. Also, the recipe book has NO PAGE numbers on the pages!?!? Who thought that one up? But I suspect there are probably some very good places on-line to learn more about things to do with an air fryer…Haven’t yet had time to try out more of the functions but my first experience with the bacon was great. The mesh trays came out looking nasty from a cleaning standpoint but BOY did they clean up easy. Quick scrub with a brush & soap and toss them in the dish machine. I believe they also used some very high-quality materials on the parts. They conduct heat extremely well which means faster cooking. But they also cool down incredibly fast. I did notice that some of the burnt-on stuff in the bottom tray (pan?) did not come clean very easily at all. Even after a cycle in the dish washer. The inside of the oven, though, is a breeze to get clean. Same high-end metals that come clean with just some light soap and a paper towel.Have used it to fry 3+ lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast at once. Chop it up in pieces & marinate it in some olive oil for a few hours. About 9 min @ 400 degrees, then turn the chicken, then maybe another 6-9 min at a little lower temp. I tried several different types of bread for toasting with mixed results. It really just dries the bread out. Maybe go with a real high temp setting & shorter duration. When I looked at all the parts that came with this, I thought it was way too much stuff. And more stuff than I wanted to store. But I also wanted the frying basket so ordered the 3-piece accessory kit (basket, baking pan, & toasting rack for $30). Now that I have everything, I think it’s worth it to have so much more flexibility. All components seem to be extremely well-made materials that will conduct heat well & clean up easily. Not sure what all the fuss is on these reviews about the digital oven interface and all the buttons & numbers. It’s actually fairly simple and all the different buttons give you ease of fast flexible settings. As long as they don’t wear out, I’m perfectly happy with the interface. The entire oven itself is very light IMHO. Easily picks up & stores in a cabinet. Some mention it getting hot but even when it’s running I don’t think it puts out much heat at all. In fact one of my biggest reasons for wanting this was my regular oven puts out so much extra heat every time I cook it’s just working my a/c overtime. This little baby has definitely reduced that footprint.Lastly, I’d say aromas from this are FAR less than conventional cooking. Especially for frying chicken & bacon. Which is a HUGE plus! As soon as I’m done baking, I hit the kitchen with some air freshener and within an hour the smells are pretty much gone. Perhaps one reason I didn’t fry chicken so often was that the smell just seemed to permeate everything for days. It’s hard to tell how this device will do in the long haul but I am REALLY glad I bought this air frying oven. I’m definitely looking forward to heading to my favorite market that has a top-notch meat counter. Gonna get me some NY Strips, marinate & season them, and go to town! Hope this review has helped clarify this complex little batch of tools & this oven.Oh, and one last thing I forgot to mention. I ordered this on a Friday night, and about 2 pm on Sat it was at my door! Wow! Amazon Prime ROCKS!

This is our second Air Fryer and we are as pleased with this one as the previous one. The controls are easy to use, the unit is not too loud and the food cooks well for everything we have tried, including but not limited to, Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Breasts and Wings, Roast Pork and Rotisserie Pork, Egg Rolls and other snack and Garlic Cheese Bread. The cavity is slightly larger than other Manufacturer Makes, which allows for a better rotisserie sized chichen, (apprx 4 lb). The Red is quite nice and adds a nice accent colour to thekitchen. The interior cooking space dimensions: 10 1/4 ” Wide x 9 1/2 ” Deep x 7 1/4 high with the tray in place and 7 1/2 without the tray. I recommend this product.

Bought Nov. 16, 2021. 2 months after warranty product does not work well. Set to fry at 400, after 10 minutes unit shuts down. Not usable for what we bought it for.

love 💘 love this unit. So far I have rotisseried a chicken, made homemade fries, toasted garlic bread all which turned out fabulous. I did try to use the dehydration part on apples but they were a bit disappointing. But that may have been my own fault as I didn’t leave them in for the full 8 hours. Its a learning curve trial and error when it comes to knowing how or how high the temp should be even though each button has a preset but i find the preset is not enough. This machine is super easy to clean and after cleanup looks like its still new inside.
