Excellent full body brew!
Loving this so far! Enjoying the single brew or single hot water at 14oz. Used the automatic brew, and woke up to the delightful aroma of full body coffee. Easy to use. The control panel takes getting used to. Keeps coffee hot for 4 hours. After that, I just turn on the switch and the plate heats up what’s left in the carafe. Brew time seems normal, nothing lengthy. I put my coffee in insulated mugs so it stays hot for quite awhile. I use the single serve hot water for my matcha blend. Have yet to try the iced coffee option but it’s getting into winter right now. Happy with my purchase–only have used it for a couple of weeks so can’t weigh in on durability.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. This is the best coffee maker I have had in forever.I love that it has multiple different setting for my coffee.Definitely worth the money, Functions as it should, plus some.The only issue is the water levels, they should both be on the left side, it would make it easier to see.

Overall Great Choice, but the pot drips
I am pleased with this purchase for the price. I love the single serve option and being able to do cold brew. It is simple to use and the pot heats the wat up really well so you get a nice brew. My only complaint is that I end up dripping coffee every time I pour. The pot is just poorly designed for pouring. I just pour over the sink to avoid the issue.

Bang for Buck
Great machine for a great price. The bold takes a while because it drips it but boy is it good. To bold a big pot takes about 12 minutes. Very simple to use. Doing the bold setting on the single serve does cause splash back if your cup is shorter.

I love this for my office- since I work a lot, I make a pot of coffee or a cup of tea and carry on. It will leak IF YOU GO OVER THE MAX FILL LINE.

Not recommended — started leaking coffee after 2 months
It’s been only two months since I purchased this coffee maker, and it has already started leaking brewed coffee from the bottom — not just water. This creates a mess and even leads to mold building up underneath, since the leakage often goes unnoticed for a while.The design is also very inconvenient — in order to clean out any remaining water, you have to flip the entire machine upside down. There’s no easy access to internal parts or the water tank for proper cleaning.At first, it seemed like a stylish and practical product, but in reality, it’s not worth the money. Unfortunately, the issues only started after two months — too late to return it.I do not recommend this product.
