I needed a smaller multimeter because going to the garage for the brick was getting old. I have enough invested in electrical tools that I didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount for a dependable meter that would be basically a battery tester. This Kaiweets meter, the KM200s, I got is worth way more than it’s current listed price if you compare to other brands. I really glad it showed up in my search. I also learned that “KAiWEETS” is a huge workdwide player in the electrical industry. I highly recommend you check them out if you’re hunting quality! I checked the accuracy against my expensive brick and my clamp meter and it was exact on every low current test and only ±.002 on one high voltage test. Even the resistance reading thru a 100ft roll of 14AWG speaker wire was the same! (I had to check, my curiosity begged)

This meter does the job and is priced right
This little meter is basic but has some nice features for users that do not require expert electronic analysis. I like that you can put it in front of an outlet and tell if it is a live outlet or not. Also that you don’t really have to know what type of circuit you are testing as it has an auto setting which determines what you are testing…i.e AC DC or ohms. For the money I am very pleased.

Great meter, really like the auto ranging. Keeps me from destroying it by not selecting the correct range before a test. Only issue I had was trying to get the outside cover off to install the batteries. A little stiff for my old hands, but warming it a little corrected the problem.

Works well
Inexpensive, but works very well. My 35 year old multimeter wasn’t working very well and I needed another one for light duty. This device totally knocked it out of the park. It’s a little tricky to get the batteries into it, but beyond that I’m very pleased with the way it functions!

Decent fully auto meter, but kind of sluggish
For a cheap meter that basically adjusts and ranges itself fully automatically, it isn’t bad. It seems decently accurate as far as voltage and resistance go, the non-contact voltage tester is a nice added feature that works pretty well, and the meter, while not the most premium thing ever, feels like it’s built to take some decent knocks in the toolbag. The display is very readable and has an excellent backlight that’s easy to enable, as well as a flashlight (albeit a very very dim one).This meter was clearly designed with ease of use as a priority – in full auto mode, it does its best to ascertain whether you’re trying to measure voltage or resistance, and picks the appropriate mode + range accordingly. It actually does pretty well most of time time – the biggest issue I have with the meter, though, is the fact that any auto operation tends to add unwanted to delay to something that would otherwise happen instantly, even on really cheap meters.The most egregious case of this is beep continuity testing, even when the meter is manually set to that mode. For some reason, unlike any meter I’ve ever used, the beep to indicate a dead short takes half a second to a full second to actually sound. Doesn’t sound like much, but in a scenario where you need to test many points of a circuit, that delay gets really annoying fast. If you move on too quickly, you may even think there was no short.For a beginner or someone who doesn’t want to fuss with a more complicated meter, this is still a great option, it’s just not for me personally.

Alles perfekt! Funktioniert sehr gut!Preis -Leistung sehr gut, kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Zu erst abklären für was brauche ich es, denn des gibt natürlich noch besser Geräte mit mehr Diagnosen. Aber natürlich einiges teurer.Kläre Kaufempfehlung für was es alles kann!

For a novice like me and auto range multimeter like this is perfect. It’s nice and cheap, and easy to use. The only thing it’s missing is diode mode. Other than that it’s perfect
