Great smart switch
This is a great smart switch. I like that it works with the Smart Life app which I use for many smart devices. Install it was super simple, other than the broken electrical box in my wall that I discovered when I went to install it, so I had to replace it. I used a normal lutron cover plate because it’s in a dual gang box, but the back of the plate has plastic nubs near the screws holes and the cover plate won’t sit flat with this switch. I was able to trim the off with a multi tool and a metal blade and then is sat flat.This switch works as a normal toggle and I have it programmed to also come on with a timer. It doesn’t matter what position the toggle switch is in for the timer to turn on/off the lights.

Great design, great features. I love that it’s single pole or 3-way. It connects easily and works well. I had one 3-way circuit for which the initial switch did not detect the on/off state. A previous Moes 3-way smart switch operated fine at the same place. I worked with Moes customer service and they produced a next version that works even on my problem circuit. They sent me this for free to test it. That is incredibly great customer service!

PLEASE READ THIS! You have been warned.
I purchased, but never actually used this product. I liked the way the toggle switch operated and I’m sure it would have worked out fine, so I didn’t want to give a low rating. The problem I had was with the connecting wires. None of the product images shows them, but the video does, which I hadn’t watched. There are 5 short wires attached to the device. They are connected to your switch box wiring with wire nuts. I did not like having to cram all of those wires and wire nuts into the box. Another switch I have used (UltraPro) has terminals that you insert the existing switch box wires into. This was a clean install for me. If you’re OK with this type of connection, them I’m confident that this switch will work well.

Good product
Overall easy install, app is straight forward, the signals don’t always hit all three smart switches I installed after I set them up to all turn off at night so I wake up to a light that’s still on.

Bought this for my back porch light that is connected to my yard light so I can control it from my echo dot and be safe

Not recommended
I bought two of these to be used on two separate single-pole circuits. One seemed to disconnect the other so that I could only have one that was programmed. After three months, this problem has been “solved” because one switch has stopped working altogether… even when manually switched. Would not buy again.

Alexa routine was problematic
Switch is 3-way. Works well in my electrical configuration. Alexa link easy but confusing commands. It you tell Alexa to turn the switch “On”, it toggles on. When you tell Alexa switch “Off”, nothing happens. If you have Alexa turn the switch “On” again, the switch toggles again turning the 3-way circuit off.Because this is a 3-way switch, there is no real on and off position. Just trigger to the next state. Works well if you remember to only tell Alexa to turn switch “On” anytime you want to turn the switch on or off.
