Very pleased
Prior to this product, I was having issues where only certain electronics were able to access the WiFi &/or would frequently get kicked off. Since buying This product, it has made such a difference in my internet connection. I haven’t had to restart is once (it’s been 2 months since purchase) and I have had zero issues. I’m also not very tech savvy and this was an easy setup. Between the two boxes, the connection covers our entire house. I’m very happy with this purchase. Well worth the money spent.

Tec support sucks
I ordered a ORBI RBR750 router with one satellite. The satellite I received was a RBS350. The satellite will not hook up to the router. I talked to 4 different Tec support people for a total of 4.5 hours. Two said they would call back after they rechered better, they never called me back, the other 2 hung up on me.talked with a supervisor who hook me up with another Tec who ended up telling me to return the system even though he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Said I needed to have a router and satellite that had matching numbers RBR750 and satellite RBS750.

So far I haven’t had any problems with this Orbi Router. The WiFi signal has been consistent, fast and strong. The added extender ensures a strong consistent signal throughout the home. I definitely recommend the item of which I actually read others reviews on the device before I purchased it. I just don’t like the constant urging to subscribe to the app protection service which is not included.

Download speed increased 3x with Orbi
I bought the Orbi to replace an older generation router and mesh extender. The results have been extraordinary. My download speed has increased 3x. The Orbi system was quick and easy to install and works exactly as advertised.

I want to be honest in this review because this is a very confusing item. I was told by some friends that they used Orbi as extenders to their existing WIFI system to get better and more coverage in their home. I currently have Verizon for my WIFI and it has 50mps and that is not enough for all my devices so things weren’t working well. Verizon suggested this model. Well what’s confusing is this is not an independent WIFI system and you can’t just by this and expect WIFI for free, you have to have a service but that’s not what they advertise. I can’t just unplug my Verizon and send it packing, I have to have the Verizon in order for this to work. This gets plugged into the back of the Verizon modem. So how can they advertise that this only needs to be plugged into the wall and you can operate multiple devices on it?? Am I missing something? Anyway so far so good and it has helped my system handle the load.
