This robot vacuum and mop combo,the installation and set up were easy. Voice & App Control: Clean hands-free via Google assistant or smartphone app. You can choose to only vacuum/only mop/or do both.2H runtime and self-charges when low-perfect for multi-room homes! It bounces off furniture gently, slips under my bed (where dust bunnies hid for months), and finds its way back to charge reliably. The bin is small but fine for daily crumbs and hair. The noise is 65dB operation , you can definitely hear it working but it’s not too bothersome. I do suggest that once you get use to how it works after a few times, it’s probably better to do it when you are not at home. It’s definitely great for working people and Ideal for cats, dogs & long-Hair households!

Great for baby family
I have a long-haired cat and a 10-month-old baby, and this robot vacuum has been a game-changer! It picks up cat hair effortlessly and runs quietly enough not to disturb my baby’s naps. The ultra-slim design gets under furniture easily, and the mop feature is a bonus for keeping floors clean as my baby starts crawling. Easy to control via the app and works great with Alexa. Highly recommended for pet and baby households!

Compact and Easy to Use – No App Needed!
I love the design — very compact and doesn’t take up space. It comes with a remote control, so you don’t have to connect it to WiFi or download an app to use it. That’s exactly what I like! I just keep it upstairs for my kid to use, almost like a fun little remote-control car. Works well and easy for anyone to operate.

Happily Surprised by its Effectiveness
Frankly, I was a bit skeptical about this robot vacuum because I was unfamiliar with the brand, so it’s been a pleasant surprise to see how well it has preformed. We have two cats and a dog so animal hair has been an issue for my wife who is a neat-freak when it comes to keeping floors clean. After a simple set-up, off it goes. The vacuum does a thorough job, even in corners. It’s fairly quiet. The wet mop is an effective added feature. No more skepticism; I recommend this vacuum.

It’s a useful
This all-in-one robot that combines vacuuming and mopping truly surprised me. It doesn’t use a roller brush design which greatly simplifies my clean tasks.My previous robot had a roller brush that often got tangled with a lot of hair, making it very troublesome to clean. Pet hair would also clog the roller, forcing me to spend more time maintaining the robot. The G20 robot is also very easy to operate. You can schedule cleaning and set cleaning modes directly trough the app interface. The only downside is that the dustbin is a bit small.

What a wonderful powerful cleaning bro
It is an amazing robot that can clean the floor automatically. The battery is good lasting for 2 hours. It initially scans the whole family itself and then can avoid all the obstacles itself. Maybe he made the map himself. If the floor is too dirty, its performance may be not good enough but if it can be used very to keep clean daily, then it very surprising you!

Better cleaning pattern than my old roomba
This vacuum has made my cleaning routine so much easier. Our other old room a died so I wanted to try this one. I am impressed! It runs longer than our roomba did and it cleans way better too. The old one would just travel around randomly in any direction until it bumped into something. This new one cleans much better because it does a zig zag pattern and covers all the area. And doesn’t miss anything. It has two spinning brushes instead of one. I like that it has a mopping function that works great. I’ll just lock it in the kitchen and let her rip. I’m glad my old vacuum broke so I could find this one

Great that this doesn’t NEED an app. 2-in-1 very useful.
I had a Roomba and Brava Jet but having 2 separate devices takes up much more space and also increases chances of faults. I would much rather have 1 unit. I am also very worried about my Roomba and Brava Jet because iRobot is now the vacuum robot equivalent of BlackBerry. I won’t be surprised if they declare bankruptcy soon. The issue is all their apps stop working and even basic functionalities might start to fail. I quickly got this one because it is very good value for a TWO-in-ONE at just $100 at the moment. As you see in the instructions, you can indeed pair it with the Tuya application (which I also like because I already have that application for a power strip). However, you can hard reset and disconnect it and it will still work with the remote control that comes, which just needs 2xAAA batteries. Overall, I am very happy with this unit, especially as it can also navigate back to its base and automatically recharge as needed.
