It’s actually pretty amazing!
So far love this vacuum it does a great job at a fraction of the name brand or more techy ones. I like that I can bring it to any floor in my house and let it do its thing. The app is great and I love being able to turn it on and off while I am at work. Keeps up with the crumbs of 3 messy kids! Can be a bit noisy but I have nothing to compare it to since it’s my first. Definitely not anywhere near the noise level of a traditional vacuum. Feels sturdy and I am hopeful it will last!

A Helpful Cleaning Buddy
I’ve had the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo (G8000 Max) for two week, and so far I’m really impressed. The 5000Pa suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair on both hard floors and carpet. The mopping feature is light but helpful for keeping floors fresh.The app and remote control are easy to use, and the vacuum runs long enough to clean my space without needing a recharge. It also returns to its dock on its own, which is super convenient.Overall, it feels like a great value and has already made my daily cleaning much easier.

Honest Review from a Pregnant Lady with 4 XL Dogs and 4 Cats
After receiving this product, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the setup was. The included guide made the process simple and straightforward. If you’re like me and tend to be impatient, you’ll probably want to try it right away—but I highly recommend letting it fully charge first to get the longest possible first clean.Once it was fully charged, I set it to the strongest vacuum and mop setting. It had been about a week since I last vacuumed or mopped, so I wanted to see what this machine could really handle. With four large dogs and four cats, pet hair is a constant battle in my home. If you have heavy shedders, I suggest doing a quick pre-clean, otherwise you’ll be emptying the canister more frequently. I decided to let it run on a full charge—about 90 minutes—and by the end, it started missing a few spots simply because the canister was full, which was expected. The water tank also ran out, but that didn’t bother me too much.It even found a missing sock, which was a funny but helpful bonus! The highest setting is a little louder, but not unbearable; I just turned the TV up slightly. Overall, it did a great job cleaning up everything on the floor.After it finished, I emptied the tray, rinsed the mop head in the sink, and refilled the canister with a mix of water and Fabuloso. For the price, I definitely think it’s worth it. However, if you don’t like cleaning out the canister or removing long hairs from the roller (ladies, you know what I mean!), you might prefer a model with a self-emptying feature.I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I only tested it in the living room, kitchen, and dining room—not the four bedrooms—but for the amount of pet hair, dirt, and sand it tackled, it did a great job. The canister is on the smaller side, so it needs to be emptied and refilled more often, but I’m confident that once I start using it daily, the cleanings will go even more smoothly.

Reliable vacuum, really cleans up hair
It’s a really great vacuum! We’ve had it for about 3 weeks and this is its 3rd use.It definitely cleans up pet hair! We have 2, and running it once a week is really helping to stay on top of the build up. It also cleans build up out of a carpet very well!We have only had one issue, and it was user error (my fault). If you get a repeated alert that says “main brush is stuck,” but find it isn’t stuck, remove the brush and clean it.Because we have been using it for pet hair, there was a lot of build up around where the brush would turn.It was so worth the money! This is a good one if you want a robot vacuum on a budget.

It’s a 5 stars robot vacuum and mop. It’s very easy to install. It’s the third robot vacuum we have now. Comparing with last 2 robots, the suction for this one is very powerful and easy to use. We have 2 kids and the food is always everywhere. This robot works effectively and can keep the floor very clean. The mop helps us a lot also and it works very well. The robot is very quiet. We definitely will recommend to our friends and will keep choosing their brand.

It is not only a robotic vacuum cleaner, but also a mop too. Make cleaning more easily. The built-in water tank is also very special and effective. La verdad no soy de calificar las cosas, pero este robot aspiradora me impresionó, deja el piso muy limpio, su aplicación es fácil e intuitiva, me parece una excelente opción en cuanto a precio-calidad.El único punto negativo que le encuentro es que requiere cinta magnética para definir los límites a los que no quieres que acceda el robot y en la caja apenas hay medio metro. Mi recomendación es comprar mínimo otros 2 metros de cinta junto con este robot.

This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate, tile and carpet flooring as well as an accent rug in the livingroom. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn’t going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfice, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, little side brushes whirling away all the dust, right into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under. I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn’t think the floor was at all dirty, but when I removed the mop cover, it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job. For the price of this robot in comparison to Roomba and some other brands, I believe it’s very good value. Very please with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

Das ist unser erster Saug- / Wischroboter. Und, ganz ehrlich? Er macht uns große Freude!Mit diesem Modell scheinen wir großes Glück gehabt zu haben. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, es war alles in TOP-Zustand und die Installation ist gut erklärt und war schnell erledigt.Eingestellt über die leicht zu installierende und zu bedienende App, beginnt er nun jeden Tag seine Arbeit zur gleichen Zeit. Er saugt alles sauber, was sich ihm bietet. Er erkundet neugierig die vier auf der Etage vorhandenen Räume nach einem nur ihm bekannten Algorithmus. Dann reinigt er sehr sorgfältig. Er tastet sich vorsichtig vorwärts und ist sehr rücksichtsvoll zu seiner Umgebung. Er ist recht flach und kommt gut unter Möbelstücken voran. Er krabbelt durchsetzungsfähig über Teppichkanten und saugt auf dem Teppich dann stärker. Er legt sich auch mit Fransen oder Kabeln an – und verliert bisweilen (wir haben beide gelernt: Rankpflanzen wurden von mir neu drapiert und die Kabel soweit möglich aus dem Weg geräumt – er ist an den bewussten Stellen noch vorsichtiger, hängt auch kaum noch fest!) Die Wischfunktion nutzen wir selten, aber sie ist ausreichend. Über die Karte in der App können wir den jeweils zurückgelegten Weg nachverfolgen, denn er ist – dies je nach App-Einstellung – bei uns nicht besonders laut.Wenn er nach etwas über 1 Std. mit seinem Auftrag fertig ist, wird der niedrige Akku-Stand akustisch gemeldet und er fährt zu seiner Ladestation zurück. Bei manuell erteiltem Auftrag erfolgt dies etwas unkoordiniert und mit großen Umwegen. Das Aufladen dauert dann ca. 1/2 Tag. Das ist den einzige Kritikpunkt, denn es ist unverhältnismäßig lange und sollte schneller gehen.Es bleibt sein großes Geheimnis, wie er den Staubbehälter jeden Tag bis zum Anschlag füllt, obwohl er seine Arbeit seit mittlerweile Wochen an immer gleicher Stelle verrichtet. Vielleicht lässt er absichtlich immer etwas für den Folgetag zurück? Und wie lange hält dieser “Enthusiasmus” an?Wir sind also SEHR zufrieden mit ihm. Es ist merklich staubfreier als früher, bei der von uns nur wöchentlich manuell durchgeführten Saugreinigung. Ab jetzt also nur noch MIT Saugroboter.
