Great product, not so great hardware but for the price its not worth losing a star over.
Product works great holding up base station 1.0s for my FBT in VR. So its exactly as described. However, do not use the included wall anchors, they are awful. Go by your local hardware store and grab a bag for 99c of some decent ones. These are basically just wider pieces of plastic that do nothing to support anything.

Bought these to try because the camera’s and solar panels for said camera’s are plastic, don’t seem to hold tight and just feel cheap. These mounts on the other hand are great, solid all metal and with the thumb screw feel like they would hold in a tornado. Will be buying more of these to replace the rest of the plastic mounts.

Great Super Cheap option for Speaker or Camera mounting
I bought these so that my wife and I could mount our baby monitor cameras on the ceilings in the kids rooms, which provided us full range of motion and ease of use when using their controls. They are great. Not nearly as hefty and solid as most of the other options you will see, but they don’t need to be. Not only that, they are much smaller than most of the other options out there as well. I like these for the fact that they are minimalistic and barely noticeable. I bought a second set to use for mounting home theatre system speakers in my music studio/Gaming Room, and they worked out beautifully and provide the ability to adjust the positioning of the speakers without having to take them off of the mounts completely, or move the mount itself. These little things are great. I will say that I don’t believe I would use them outside. I woulde not trust these to withstand the elements to the point that IO would be willing to leave a pricey camera or speaker attached high up on a wall or ceiling using one of these. I would find something specifically labeled for outdoor use. Aside from that though, these lil suckers are versatile and cool to use, and cheap enough that you could mount a hundred speakers and not go broke on the hardware necessary to do so.

Light duty, low quality ball joint
This is light duty. Anything a bit heavier, especially if at the end of an arm, and the ball joint of this product will not hold.

Hard to mount a device once bracket is attached to the wall.
The bolt doesn’t rotate making it very hard to mount a device once the bracket is mounted on a wall. The bolt is fixed with a knurl nut that tightens against your device to be mounted. You have to rotate your device onto the fixed bolt which is nearly impossible, particularly if you have cables attached to the device. Especially if the cables are inaccessible once the device is mounted.
