The best robo vac that I have ever used!
This is the best robot vacuum I have ever used. It is my 3rd one and it doesn’t have the issues that the other 2 did like getting stuck and me finding it after it ran out of power, the roller brush constantly getting stuck because of the dog hair. I have 2 Golden retriever and that is common. The other ones constantly ran out of power at mid cleaning and the charging could take 3 hours. This unit does not require constant attention and it doesn’t need to be cleaned after every use. I have all tile floors so I use mopping mode. The cleaning solution that I buy really shines the floors and smells great. In my opinion skip the lower end units and buy this when it’s on sale. It’s also very easy to setup. It took me half an hour.

I honestly didn’t expect to love this Shark Robot Vacuum & Mop Combo as much as I do, but wow — it’s amazing. From the second I opened the box, it was easy. The packaging was super simple, the instructions were clear, and within minutes I had it connected to Wi-Fi and ready to go. No stress, no confusing setup.Right away, it started mapping my house, and I was shocked by how accurate it was. It somehow knows exactly where the wood floors end and the carpet begins, and adjusts automatically. It’s seriously impressive tech. The suction is super powerful — it picks up everything, even the fine dust my regular vacuum missed — and the mop feature leaves my floors shiny but not soaked. It’s perfect for both carpets and hardwood.One of my favorite things is how smart it is. It knows when to head back to its base, empty out the dust or dirty water, and then jump right back into cleaning. It’s like it’s got a little brain of its own! I can be cooking dinner or playing with my kids, and it just quietly handles everything in the background. Total time-saver.Speaking of kids — they love it. My kids get so excited when it starts cleaning, and they think it’s hilarious that you can name it. The app gives you all these funny, punny name ideas, and we ended up going with Sir Spins A Lot. Now every time it rolls out, they shout “Sir Spins A Lot is on duty!” and we all laugh. It’s made cleaning surprisingly fun.The app itself is super easy to use too. I can send it to clean certain rooms, set schedules, or just tap “clean all” and forget about it. It’s honestly one of those products that just works — no babysitting required.If you’re on the fence, get it. It’s powerful, smart, and way more entertaining than a vacuum has any right to be. My floors have never looked better, and I’ve never had to think less about cleaning. 10/10 recommend!

October 25 review- best one so far!
We had a previous Shark product that worked pretty good just just had the vaccine function. I’m giving 4 stars for the following problems or needed updates:1. It took multiple times to setup the robot, the software sucks to get everything working.2. I don’t understand why the matrix clean was taken off this machine and has it in others.It will vacuumed our master suite in 15 min. The whole house to vaccine and mop downstairs is right at 90 min- about 1100sq ft of space.This was the 3rd robot that we purchased, brought home – setup and watched it clean our home. By far this machine in this price range mopped up as it should and vacuumed up all of the pet hair by our Great Danes bed.This is a huge investment and I am hopeful that the 2 year warranty never needs to be used.

I’m disappointed in the cleaning ability of this Shark Robot vacuum–especially considering the price. You can see the before and after of the mopping of the kitchen floor. Clearly it can’t get close enough to the dishwasher (on left) to clean up that and it couldn’t get close enough to the fire extinguisher (right photo) to clean up those spots near the garbage can. I guess the humans will have to handle those areas. The center of the room looks much cleaner, I’ll give it that. After mopping the floors did dry quickly.The vacuuming seemed better than the mopping, but it doesn’t vacuum immediately in front of its docking station. Impressively, it managed to get under the table and follow the half-circle base quite well.It is a bit fiddly figuring out how to map out your floor/rooms. Connected without issue to my phone. The voice is fairly clear, but I do wish what it’s saying would also be shown in the app for clarity and if I don’t actually happen to be in the room at the time. It did manage to disentangle itself from a venetian blind cord I didn’t get out of the way and a metal floor vent. Didn’t have a problem navigating over the thresholds between rooms or any of the low pile entryway rugs on the hardwood floors.The unit is quiet so running this while living in the same room wasn’t a problem.Not keen on having to buy a proprietary bottle of cleaner. At some point, I assume, it’ll need new mop heads also.Overall, it’ll certainly clean more of the floors more often than I have been getting around to doing, so that’s a win for this household.

Great Machine Horrible App
Update: after a week it stopped emptying the dirty water and mop pad will not dry.returningSo set up took an hour due to wifi error messages from the unit. Figured it out myself and got it working. Tested the machine today. Wow! Floors are very clean . Did a vacum then mop. Used very little water but did a great job both vacuming and mopping. 4 stars for the very inferior app, but for everything else 5 stars. Don’t let the app stop you. It is very basic but at the end of the day it does the job
