Excellent X10 relay replacement
Used this to replace and old X10 relay as we upgrade to zwave. It is about 1/4 the size of the old relay, works better, and has fewer wire nuts in the box. Paired easily with Hubitat.

Would be a bit better if it was even smaller and came with better instructions. I also recommend including a bit of electrical wire to make the install a little more ready to go.

The circled X in all their documentation is the hot load wire. It took me (not an electrician) a while to figure that out.Otherwise – great. Seems solid – very fast to respond. I am using homeseer with Zwave Plus.

Z-Wave Long Range is a Nice Upgrade
Works great with Home Assistant. I love how it reports how many watts the load is using. Very Responsive in long range mode. The only thing that would make the device better is if it supported scenes and detached switch mode.
