Fault description:
The machine suddenly shut down by itself, rebooting only lasts a second or two, or it can not turn on.The machine cannot be turned on after charging, black screen
Solution: If the TF memory card is full, please replace it with a new card in time. Otherwise, there may be a sudden automatic shutdown of the machine, and can not open the machine.
If the above problems occur, try the following steps to rectify the fault:
1. Take out the TF memory card on the bottom of the machine 2. After power off, connect the charger to charge for more than 6 hours and then turn it on without the TF memory card to see if it can work.
Regarding machine reading is high on first use Solution: After receiving the machine, put it in an outdoor clean and ventilated environment for about 8 hours, so that the charge can be released. (Charger can be connected to ensure the power supply)
Regarding the high TVOC level
Please check your measuring point if there are some human activities such as cooking, smoking, drinking or some chemical gases such as perfume, air freshener, detergent, etc.
Then try to put the machine in an outdoor clean and ventilated environment for more than 3 hours to see if the machine value will drop ( formaldehyde is about 0.02. TVOC and particulate matter are based on your local environment, but TVOC is usually lower outdoors than indoors, unless there are a lot of car exhaust, bakery and factory emissions around you).
If the TVOC reading of the machine is high when it is placed indoors, but TVOC reading drops when it is placed outdoors in a well-ventilated place, it proves that there is no problem with our sensor, which is completely logical. Place to outdoor the reading drop but place to indoor reading rise proves that there must be air in the room that affects the sensor reading.
About TVOC and HCHO calibration:
We should calibrate the equipment in fresh outdoor air, because particulate pollution and chemical pollution are two different types of pollution. Very low particulate matter does not mean that chemical pollution and interfering gases do not exist.
Our sensor calibration function is for formaldehyde and TVOC. You can put the machine in an outdoor well-ventilated place for 2hours to see if the readings of formaldehyde and TVOC exceed the standard. If all the readings of formaldehyde and TVOC are very low, you can calibrate it.
Our machine calibration: 1. The machine leaves the factory with our calibrated formaldehyde zero point as the zero point, and restoring the factory settings will also restore to our factory calibrated zero point. 2. If you calibrate the device on site, the device will use the current calibration environment as the zero point. 3. After you finish the calibration, if the current calibration environment formaldehyde value is higher than the factory calibration zero point, it will be displayed as a positive number in the calibration setting interface of the machine.
If the current calibration environment formaldehyde value is lower than the factory calibration zero point, it will display Is negative.
4. Under normal use, frequent calibration is not required.
How to open TXT data record file with excle 1. Create a new excel document 2. Click on the file to open a new document, select all files, and open the data storage file Save.txt 3. Select Fixed width-add space to align each paragraph of characters, click Next, column data format, select Normal, and then click Finish

AMAZING PRODUCT!! Very sensitive/accurate.
AMAZING PRODUCT. If you have teenagers or employees this thing can tell you if they’ve been drinking or give a well educated “guess”. It is super sensitive and keeping it on for hours or days on end is no problem at all. Zero heat or noise issues. I like it so much I am upgrading to the Co2 model to use in my grow tentsAWESOME PRODUCT.

Quite disappointing: no AQI display
I ordered this rather expensive ($179) air quality index monitor to check the AQI (air quality index) inside my home and in the back yard. I have a couple of inexpensive air quality meters, which give slightly varying readings, so I thought this high-quality meter would provide a more precise reading. However, this monitor DOES NOT DISPLAY THE AQI NUMBER.Despite the fact that the product name (“Smart Air Quality Meter indoor 11-in-1 Air Monitor PM1.0 PM2.5 PM10 Dust TVOC VOC Detector HCHO AQI Tester with Data Record for Home Office”) and product description both include “AQI,” which stands unambiguously for “air quality index,” the monitor only displays the component readings for PM2.5, PM10, HCHO and TVOC, and not the calculated AQI number. Therefore I am unable to compare the results to my other meters or to the AQI numbers provided by the weather channel and apple weather apps.I contacted the manufacturer about this problem, and they replied “what is displayed on our machine is a comprehensive air quality indication: livable, ventilated, unlivable, keep away. It is not a specific number.” I find this unacceptable, given that the product name and description specifically include AQI, and I ordered the monitor on that basis.Update: after posting the review above, the vendor contacted me to say that they had removed the misleading word “AQI” from the product name and product description. They also offered to refund my purchase, though that doesn’t make sense for me as a Vine product reviewer. As a result of their quick response, I have revised my rating from 2 (initially) to 3

I know nothing about his stuff but
I got this on a whim because it seemed our air quality inside was getting to be a problem. Landlord says no. Anyway, long short went through all the set up and the meter never gave us a reading higher than the barest minimum “good” zone. We took the meter to the clinic and for the fun of it checked their air. It was in the medium “good”. We live in an area that has some of the highest air pollution in the country so getting a good anywhere I guess is a real feat.Long/short here.. we looked at a new place to rent and tested the HVAC air there and it was higher in the “good” so we decided we are likely going to relocate there. Both of us have severe asthma and I have severe COPD so air quality means a lot to us. It is nice to have a tool in our arsenal that will help us find places that are better for us and not having to guess (and regret it later).
