After a (learning) Matter hiccup, the WAF is high
It’s only been a day, but I’m very happy with this. The uber-nerd I am, I have this provisioned through Apple Home and then paired to Home Assistant and Hubitat. Understanding that the “sharing” process between those controllers is different was a big step in the WAF here. It’s working great and looks good on the wall! I’m monitoring usage on my WiFi and it’s zero so far, which makes me think it’s doing bluetooth to my Apple TV, which is the Home hub. This could be a factor in the poor performance others might experience. Not sure why, but maybe it holds onto BT longer than it should, before failing over to WiFi. Regardless, I couldn’t be happier with how this is working. I’ll update if things change.

Don’t buy Sonoff products
I do not recommend these products. I expected Sonoff to be a better brand, but that was not the case. I will neither recommend nor purchase their products again. The switches are easy to install, which is the only positive aspect. However, they cause constant issues with the Wi-Fi connection. They disconnect every day or every couple of days, forcing us to restart the router to detect them again. The distance doesn’t matter, and we always use the 2.4 GHz network. We have tried changing the router settings in many different ways, and I have reset and reconfigured the switches multiple times, but the problem remains.

Great Smart Switch with Easy Installation and Seamless App Connection
This is the first smart device I’ve integrated into my home, and the experience has been excellent. Switching from a regular switch to this one was very easy, and the installation didn’t take long. It only required a neutral wire, and the instructions were clear. The connection with the app was quick and hassle-free, making the whole process even better. I chose the Sonoff brand because of its wide variety and ecosystem of smart home devices, and I definitely look forward to adding more components from this brand to my setup. Highly recommended!

Will not work with multi gang switch plates.
Looks good and I assume it will work, however it will not fit into an existing multi gang box because the front plate is integral to the switch. It looks like a decora style switch but it is not.

Works, but need an Apple homekit system (Homepod or Apple TV 4k)
“Very good product, this switch fulfills the function of turning lights on and off remotely from the phone; however, it is important to clarify that for complete integration with Apple Homekit, it requires a Homepod or AppleTV. The iPhone does not function as a Homekit base, therefore, if you only have the cell phone, automations are carried out through its own app and by means of shortcuts for Siri to execute.”
