Very nice fan, both my husband and I like it. It was a bit difficult to connect the fan to the phone application, it would not work with 5 G WiFi but does work with Bluetooth. The fan is nice looking and unobtrusive. Very easy to pickup and move around the house. We like the natural mode used with oscillation and it enables us to utilize less time with our air conditioning.

Malfunction after three weeks
I liked the fan, nice style, good air flow. But after three weeks, when I tried to turn it on, all the lights started flashing and no fan. I turned it on and off, I activated the remote, I downloaded the app, I googled it, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service, which claimed 24 hour response, three times, but no response. Finally, it was so hot here, I put it in the dumpster and went out and bought some other fan.
