Nice and functional smart lock
I like the look and feeling, and the installation process was relatively easy (after carefully reading the instructions).The app allows you to setup multiple passcodes, and they can be permanent (which only means they can be used indefinitely until you delete them), they can be temporary (where you set the date and time ranges) or they can be for one-time use (use it once and then it will expire immediately). It can create random passcodes, but they can be easily changed to any code you like, from 4 to 9 digits in length. You also have the choice to generate custom passcodes, where you set your own code from the get go and the valid time period (or make it permanent). Each passcode can be named so you know who it was assigned to. I also love the auto-lock feature, which can be set from 5 seconds to 900 seconds (15 minutes), or you can also disable the auto-lock function if you like. It even has a physical button on the lock to disable the codes (in that case only the administrator or people with the physical keys can open the door). This is ideal when you want privacy and don’t want your mother in law to come in without knocking first ;)The only thing I don’t like is that in order to manage the lock from another location (ex: if you are out of town), you will need to use a gateway, which is sold separately. Other than that I think this is a great lock for the money.

Works flawlessly
I bought two of these last year and they have worked flawlessly sense I installed them . Was easy to install and love the just type my password no key needed features. You can use you scan key to swipe or use code or emergency key if needed. So easy to setup passwords for the family so everyone has there own password to enter and you can look and see who and what time they leave and reenter the home from the front door or back door, also can’t forget about the auto lock feature love it as well my kids have a problem with forgetting or not shutting the door completely and it give off an audible alarm when it locks or when it is not lock properly or left open . Great product I will probably be buying more .

Very good lock set.
Very good locks in this set, only one has fingerprint recognition, my mistake when I ordered. Overall easy to install and has a clean look.Each lock comes with two keys and fobs for ease of access.You can use the same fob on both locks so you have four fobs to work with. Great if you have kids or guests who need access.You can change the factory code to any code you want for a numerical entry.They can also be Bluetooth connected through there app, though you need to inside 12 to 15 feet from the door for use.Battery life at this time is unknown. They each use four AA batteries ( not included).

Not valid for 2nd home or vacation home
This not lock should not be purchased if you were trying to use it remotely. Even with the Gateway it does not work if power goes out or Internet goes out even for a second. So do not buy if you plan on using this for vacation home or a second home. If the power goes out or the internet goes out even for a second the Gateway associated with this does not work making this lock useless for any second home or vacation home scenario
