Method 2: After drilling holes at suitable locations, mount the doorbell to the wall or door through the screws included in the box.
Is cloud storage an option for the doorbell camera’s video recordings?
Video storage requires a separate subscription to the cloud service. You can save or share videos at any time after subscription.
How can I fine-tune human detection to extend the doorbell camera’s battery life?
If there’s a lot of movement, especially kids playing, it can result in many alerts and fast battery drain. Set human detection to high accuracy to reduce alerts and save battery.
Why does my Wi-Fi not work with this product?
1. Device supports 2.4G Wi-Fi only.
2. Ensure you enter the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
3. Check distance between device and Wi-Fi router, the device should be within 33ft (10 meters) of the router.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

The Guggre camera left me very satisfied with its quality and ease of use. It records with excellent definition, even in low-light spaces, and the photos come out sharp and well focused. Doorbell camera works great! I’ve had it outside on the front door for about a month now and without having to drill it in it has stayed up through the rain. The adhesive side for the doorbell camera is very durable! I am very happy with my purchase!

Mixed feelings
Sooo, it is a video doorbell so you can actually see who is standing at your door and talk to them. It is built of decent quality, I was very surprised of how well it is built for the price. The camera is super clear , the app was super easy to set up, and its connection stays stable . Gives a pretty decent view also. Now the bad. The battery seems to drain fairly fast , I fully charged it before powering it up, it’s been in use less than a week and the battery is at 65% with the settings at battery saver. The notifications if you don’t open it right away you’ll never be able to watch the videos without paying for the cloud service. So basically you get the picture of the notification and no video footage. The charging port is in an odd spot so you can’t purchase a solar panel to plug into it and keep it charged. And to my knowledge there is no place for an external SD/memory card to store videos either. I would absolutely make the purchase again , but just a few things I’m not a big fan of. Oh, the external chime that you can place anywhere in your home works great right out of the box .

It screamed at me for a bit, but it works
I got this because for some reason my landlord thought it would be a good idea to have front doors with no eye holes with a property that faces a busy street and a bar.When I start trying to set it up it takes me a while to figure out how to open it to charge and with what. The title of the instruction I needed to look at was confusing because it made it seem like it was instructing you how to remove the wall mount from your door.I finally start set up and this thing SCREAMS ” ENTERING PAIRING MODE !!!”. Does it do it once or twice then blink or turn red or another color to let you know its still in pairing mode? Nope, it just keeps. On. Screaming. 😑 I had to go into my basement because it was so lound and I have no idea if I woke up my neighbor with the noise or if they were always gonna get up at that time. 😠 Then when I finish set up it has to scream one more time something along the lines of “SET-UP SUCCESSFUL !!!”. So DO NOT set this up during a time when you need to be quiet unless you can take it into a basement or something.Last annoyance it doesn’t just start showing front door movement in notifications, you MUST go into the apps battery settings to say battery must be “unrestricted” for this app, NOT “optimized”.Keep in mind this ONLY works with a 2.4 GHz network. I have a badic spectrum internet package and have no idea how to check whether I have 2.4GHz. So I’m unable to let you know if its a strong suggestion or if they truly don’t allow the device to connect to any network outside of 2.4GHz. So if you don’t want to risk it like I did find out about your network connection BEFORE purchase.Image capture is alright, you can set up a doorbell chime if you want and you can speak to the person through your camera. You can see how much charge your device has through their app. The camera is rechargeable and they include a charger chord with it, no adaptor, unless the door chime plug in doubles as an adapter for the charger. The app also has a screenshot feature.So far I think it’s good for the price just VERY annoying to set up.

Best doorbell/ camera I have had thus far!
This doorbell camera works better than I thought it would. The picture/video quality is clear, I can speak to my guests through the doorbell/camera, when someone rings the doorbell, the notification comes to my phone, the app shows you the battery life, and it shows how many motions were detected per day. so many good features!
