About the Switch
1.It’s normal that sometimes the indicator light goes out while the product is working, since the dynamic adjustment of the temperature controller is triggered. The product here is working at KEEP WARM function. Please wait for 1-3 minutes, or rotate the knob to a higher power to get the product starts heating again and the light will be on.
2.At the first few uses, it’s normal that there is smoke arose at a high temperature or the heating plate smell burnt, which is caused by the protective oil left on spare parts and screws. After using a few times, the smell will fade away.

I bought this hotpot as a gift for my parents to replace their old one of over 15 years, and they absolutely love it! ~ More Than a Pot ~
Not only is this product amazing, but it’s been a really life changing buy. Many of my evenings now look like the attached photo, though I can never seem to take a picture that captures the magic when the pot starts steaming and the room fills with the smell of dashi and boiling mushrooms. My relationship with food has changed since getting this. Cooking has turned into a sacred ritual. Eating, a social act to be shared with those closest to me.I’ve taken this pot many places now. It’s easy to transport, easier to set up and get cooking with. Phenomenal product, all around.I give it 4 stars only because of a design concern: if you don’t watch it closely and it boils over into the bottom burner, it will be ruined and will stop working. Be mindful of that if you choose to get this product (which I do, absolutelyyyyy, recommend).

Perfect small hotpot for two
It is perfect when my husband and I want steamboat for just the two of us. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. It is small enough so that it does not take up much room in our cabinet at all. It would make a great gift .
