It’s a very good product heats up nicely. I use it to make my pancakes and they cook very well. It doesn’t smell like strong chemicals anymore. It’s very light not heavy . I like it ,comes in handy when it’s raining and I can’t go outside to cook since live in a garage. It came with two spatulas.

After lots of research I set for this hot pot oh boy I’m extremely happy is extremely easy to clean very strong beautiful color cook well get hot quickly not heavy some smoke in the beginning but goes away after 1 minutes durability great I definitely recommend

Size, temperature control, seal and durability is good
Size is perfect for a family of 8+. Pot works very well and the temperature control works fast. Separation of the pan has a good seal for dual soup bases. Cleaning is no issue. Has been very durable after 3-4?months of minimal use.

Awesome Hot pot. I used one side for my meats and vegetables and the other side to fry. Next time I will try to put two different soup bases on each side. Easy to clean as well.

Works great. Wish it felt sturdier, but the design works for our needs and it looks decent.

Good buy for two types of broth
The separate pot from the hot plate made clean up easy. My only negotiate observation is that the handle on the pot lid is not high quality. It feels flimsy to me. Other than that it was great. It heat fast and made hot pot for a family of four great.

We have used this twice and its worked amazingly every time! I love that we can separate the pieces when it goes to the sink to wash, because I don’t feel as comfortable with the hotpots that didn’t detach from the heater. It heats quickly, and is easy to manage as far as temperature goes. I know that both sides holds about 6 cups of water. We like the split because my husband likes spicy and I like savory.

This electric hot pot for home use is amazing works extremely well. Set the temperature and forget it. We absolutely love it and we use it quite frequently very easy no hassle cleanup as with some of the hot pots that you purchase can be quite a task to try to clean as they are attached to the electric base, but this one the whole pot is removable. It just sits on a warmer which is controlled by a dial for temperature. Once you set the temperature and it reaches its correct temperature. The heat turns off and as it starts to cool, it turns back on to reheat to keep it at a steady temperature, which is fantastic for enjoying hot pot at home.

Only it used it once so fingers crossed ! I used as directions said to and it worked great for my first hotpot at home. The added ladles were a great plus and I did love how the pot is detachable and super easy to clean. Cooks decently fast once you get it to a broil once, slight smell during first uses but otherwise great and has been added as a staple appliance for my kitchen
