Very nice solution
Yours truly has a habit of leaving my shop lights on, and then later looking outside and seeing that I left them on. Since there are six lights out there, I really don’t need to be doing that. So what I decided to do is to put these between the switch and the lights, aim down in the center of my shop. Installation on this was very easy, and I love the fact that they produced so much wire which gave me the option of even extending this into a short piece of PVC if I had wanted to. What I particularly like about this product is that it has three adjustments and a cover. What that means is you can snap the cover off, and you can adjust the sensitivity for the light, for the timing.This arrived very quickly and came in a nice box, with very clear instructions on how to use it.I’ve been using it now for about four days, including yesterday where I was in and out of the shop much of the day while working on an electrical project. I left the lights on in my shop several times, since I have this set to turn off after about 10 to 15 minutes. So when I walked back into my shop, the lights came back on.I did notice that I would come in and the lights would turn on, but they would often turn back off after a few minutes. But as soon as it sensed me moving, they immediately came back on. Once they came back on, they stayed on.

Easily adjusted fir sensitivity and time. Has dimmable capability I didn’t use. You have to “wire in” this sensor, not just plug it. Picks up pretty small moveme ts but if you are still it will not sense your presence.

I mounted this in my shop-light fixture that I had previously retrofitted to use LED tubes and it works great.One huge note: it didn’t work until I flipped the polarity. After messing with it for two hours, willing to see it smoke if that’s what happened, I switched the + and – main wires and it worked beautifully.Deducting one star for that little instruction error, but otherwise a great thing. And half the price of the big-box orange hardware despot.

Question? I have a 96 watt strip light and this sensor is not turning it off.. i can hear it clicking but nothing is happening is because of my strip light being 96 watt

Very nice device. I installed to control lights in a new workshop.I wish this allowed multiple sensors to be connected together and my shop is long and I’m afraid if I’m at the other end the lights will go off because I’m outside the sensing zone – although that was never part of the description of the product, just my wish list.A good product and I will by again.

Does what it says – we have it as a timer for our garage lights. It’s quite high up and in the centre of the room, so if you’re near the far walls it doesn’t pick up the motion. But, all it takes is a few steps towards the centre of the room and it works great. Very happy with it.
