Nice vacuum & mop combo for the price
The vacuum & mop combo works nicely & cleans my floors quickly with minimal water. Although it is not super quiet, works quickly. Easy to program for routine schedules as well as ad hoc requests. Only complaint is time it takes for recharging. Had an issue initially & the Eufy help team assisted quickly & resolved the issue.

Great and Easy to Use!
Background: I have a shedding dog, so I bought this in hopes that by running it every-day, it would pick up on some of the dog hair on the floor.What I like:-VERY easy to use.-easy to follow instructions-has a sticker on the bottom so if it ever stops and beeps, you can flip it over and it says exactly what the beeps mean (one beep means one thing, two beeps means another–which is SUPER helpful!).-color on top clearly shows what mode it is in (blue-ready to go, orange-needs to charge, red-problem to fix-such as emptying the tray).-very quiet. I can work on stuff with it in the room and it does not bother me at all (my dog also does not mind it).-works great on white carpet and easily transitions from my living room to dining room (which has a slight bump).-when its low on battery, it does not die where it is at, it just turns off the vacuum then finds the home doc and charges itself.-just works really well. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch).-if it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away (releasing the cord or other item). However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords).What could be improved:-nothing really in particular to this.-It does not work well on anything black, but this is true for all robot vacuums. It sometimes gets stuck when it goes on the black carpet we have with the black chairs (I suspect because it can not detect them), but this has not happened often. My dog has a black mat for her food and water and it always bumps into it and spills the water, but again, this would occur with any robot vacuum.-Also, make sure the doc is against a wall because otherwise it will move and never charge (self explanatory, but I did not do the first time and it kept trying to doc and was just pushing the doc around the floor).-Finally, you do have to dump out the vacuum particles almost every time you run it (if you do a full circle/battery cycle). It is really easy to dump and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Again, nothing really negative, just something to note.Overall, I really like this! It does a nice job cleaning up the dog hair and other things that get on my floor and saves me a lot of time not vacuuming daily. If you have a dog, I would watch them with this first before you use it. My dog was initially scared of it but sniffed it’s “butt” and now they are cool and she does not mind it at all. Pleased with this product and would recommend! :)**UPDATE**On another note, Eufy has amazing customer service! I received an email from them addressing each of my “what could be improved” components with more information on the product. Very impressed.

After 11 days with the Eufy C20 (Ive dubbed Euphemia), my first robot vacuum, I’ve got a good sense of its strengths and quirks. Here’s my experience in a busy home with four dogs.Setup was straightforward: unbox, charge, and let it go. I ran it at night, and wow, was it aggressive at first—pushing a 65-pound dining chair aside to vacuum underneath! Rookie mistake: I didn’t remove the small foam pieces from the bumper bar, thinking they were part of the design. One got stuck in the roller, causing noise. After tossing them, the C20 ran much smoother. Pro tip: Remove those foam pieces right away.With four shedding dogs, the C20 handles most hair well on hard floors (wood, tile, vinyl) and thin rugs. On carpets or rug edges, though, hair can ball up and get pushed aside due to a gap between the roller bar and the floor. Eufy could improve this by allowing the roller to drop slightly lower. For now, I brush each dog for 5 minutes weekly to reduce loose hair and manually vacuum carpet edges after the C20 runs.The C20 isn’t a deep-cleaning powerhouse like a traditional vacuum. It’s built for light-duty vacuuming and basic mopping (like a quick wipe with a damp cloth). Daily use significantly extends the time between manual cleaning, making it a lifesaver for busy folks or those with mobility issues. It won’t replace a thorough human clean, but it’s way better than nothing.Expect 5-10 minutes of daily upkeep to keep the C20 running smoothly:Flip it over, remove the roller bar, and clean hair/debris from bristles and ends.Use a toothbrush or wet cloth to clean the jagged metal blade on the roller cover.Remove the dust bin, tap out the paper filter, and gently brush dust from the screen filter.Refill the water tank for mopping.This routine is quick and keeps performance consistent.The C20 shines on hard floors and thin rugs but struggles with thicker carpets, especially at edges. If you have carpets, vacuum edges and around furniture legs manually after the C20 runs. For hard-floor homes, it’s a reliable workhorse.The app is a weak point—clunky and reliant on an online connection. I’d love to see Eufy develop an offline app using Bluetooth or local LAN for better control and room mapping. A more precise mapping system (maybe using multiple signals for accuracy) could reduce errors and make the C20 even smarter. Here’s hoping future updates address this!The Eufy C20 is a great entry-level robot vacuum for pet owners or anyone wanting to cut down on cleaning time. It’s not perfect—carpet edges and deep cleaning aren’t its strengths—but it’s a solid daily helper. If Eufy refines the app and mapping, this could be a game-changer. For now, it’s a worthwhile investment for keeping floors tidy with minimal effort. 4/5 stars.

Excelente producto. Tardó mucho más de lo estipulado en el inicio del pedido y hubo unos detalles con la información que asigna Amazon y la paquetería que me generó estrés y mala impresión del vendedor. Sin embargo el vendedor muy amable se comunicó conmigo y me dió datos correctos del envío y la posible fecha de llegada. Super bien embalado, producto nuevo, alta calidad. Super fácil de poner en marcha. Ahora ya está limpiando y es muy fácil de usar. El segundo artículo de este tipo que tengo. El primero me duró dos años (otra marca más económica) esté se ve de mucho mejor calidad y espero dure mucho tiempo. Muy satisfecha!

The best thing I’ve bought in a long time. My wife has back issues and when she washes or vacuums the floors she is laid up for two days. With this Eufy Robovac I have – it comes out to clean 3 times a week at 2 am. And we wake up to freshly cleaned hardwood and carpet. It’s a miracle! I should mention we have 3 medium sized shedding dogs as well. A+.

I LOVE this robot vacuum! It’s a mindless way to keep your house clean especially if you have pets. I run it 1x a day and floors look great after. It allows me to spend time doing things I love with my family instead of vacuuming and mopping daily. Any time there are errors it notifies me on the app and provides a very detailed set of instructions with videos on how to fix the problem. Amazing product! Would 100% purchase again.

This is my second Eufy, because the1st works so well. I wanted one for each floor of the house. Why not 5 stars?When the 1st was gifted to me, I loved it. It worked well, immediately. I have been using it since Christmas without any issues. As for this one, which I bought, the story is a bit different. First time I used it, I only vacuumed. That worked very well and I had no issues. On Sunday I decided to vacuum/mop. The dirty water tank has an issue. How do I know? Well, there was a mini flood around the machine because the dirty water from the mops wasn’t being sucked up into the dirty water tank. Also, after a certain amount of water that leaked, it stopped working. I was going to call customer service on Monday, but since Eufy is connected to my Eufy phone app, the company had already contacted me that same morning, to say they are sending me a free dirty tank exchange, since they have had the same issue with others. Hence this is apparently a common problem. The exchange, according to the customer service office, will be in 4 to 5 weeks. Although I am thankful that they are doing this gratis, and recognize that their item has an issue, if they are aware of the issue, why not fix the item before selling it? Also, 4 to 5 weeks??? That is a long time. I am now awaiting the new dirty water tank. I will keep you posted.

Ive only have one other vaccum mop before and i had to manually switch it. I love that this one doesnt need that and it works really well. I have two dogs that shed like crazy and its able to handle it pretty well. Replacement parts are pretty inexpensive and easy to replace. This maybe tmi but one day my dog had diarrhea on the floor and then the floor mop setting started. It did clean it up pretty well, but then the robot was full of poop. It was actually super easy to remove the components and clean it out. The filter caught a good amount of it and what it didnt catch i had no issue cleaning it out of the vaccum. I was also super happy that replacement parts were cheap cuz i pretty much just replaced them all lol
